The 7116 is a quality microphone cable for balanced, low-impedance applications and clear, quiet signal transfer. It features a twisted pair of finely stranded 0.22 mm² oxygen-free copper conductors and dense spiral wrap shielding for efficient common mode rejection and freedom from interference. Purpose-designed for audio installations and rack wiring, this balanced cable features a reduced diameter and a thin durable PVC jacket. The 0.18 mm² tinned copper conductors are insulated with LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) for extra flexibility, high tensile strength and impact resistance. The cable is fully shielded with aluminum foil plus drain wire.
