This is the metal jacketed, titanium diaphragm version of the diaphragm which fits the JBL 2412, 2412H, 2412H-8, 2412-8, 2412-1, 2412H-1, 2412H-1-8, 2412-1-8, 2413, 2413H, 2413-H, 2413H-8, driver and horn.
Also fits the JBL EON 10-G2, EON 10, EON Power 10, EON 1500 cabinets, JRX series
If your diaphragm measures the same and looks like the one pictured, then this diaphragm is the one you need.

This diaphragm has a metal case and should be more resistant to transient peaks in power and should last longer than the original plastic enclosed diaphragm.It is physically more robust than the 2412.
