The RPM 88, RPM 44, and RPM 22 are 100% drag and drop configurable DSP-based devices, set up and controlled using Rane’s Drag Net software. Industry standard 10Base-T Ethernet is used to communicate between Drag Net devices and any Ethernet-equipped PC running Microsoft Windows. Drag Net offers the ultimate in signal processing flexibility, allowing you to draw the system you need without signal flow restrictions. Familiar Windows file management tools and Shortcuts are incorporated into Drag Net, allowing complete project management within a single interface.

The RPM 44 provides four balanced, studio-grade analog inputs (selectable mic or line level), and four balanced analog outputs. The RPM 88 and RPM 22 offer the same high-quality analog I/O, in 8 and 2 channel configurations respectively. A two-channel AES3 digital input and two-channel AES3 digital output are also provided on each, making the RPM 44 a true 6-input, 6-output device. All I/O, including the AES3 I/O, has its own, 100% user-defined signal processing path. The RPM’s analog inputs feature software-controllable mic preamps with an equivalent input noise (EIN) of -128 dBu, satisfying even the most demanding audio applications.

Cost-effective end user control is possible using optional Rane accessories in conjunction with the RW 485 Remote Interface Port and Versatile Input and Output logic Ports. Whether your application requires contact closure Preset recall, remote level control using a potentiometer on a wall, or multi-zone source selection and smart, reconfigurable volume controls, Drag Net and the RPM 44 keep the user interface easy and inexpensive.

Euroblock connectors are provided for audio I/O, logic I/O and the RW 485 port. Grounding screws for direct connection to the metal chassis are provided for solving EMI problems due to shield wiring. Also found on the rear panel are standard XLR-type connectors for the AES3 I/O, an RJ-45 Ethernet connector for computer control and an IEC AC power input.

All DSP algorithms are not created equally and textbook DSP algorithms miss the mark where the rubber meets the road. Rane’s team of audio-savvy DSP mathematicians — a rare breed itself — in conjunction with our industry-leading analog signal processing gurus have combined forces to offer superlative digital and analog audio performance. With 24-bit converters, greater than 106 dB throughput dynamic range and double-precision 48-bit internal DSP ‘math,’ the RPM 44 offers the best DSP algorithms and audio performance available. These ain’t no Internet appliances! For example, the RPM 44’s 200 MIPs translate into 125 fully parametric EQ filters, should you need multiple channels of 15 band parametrics and nothing else.

Multiple units are controlled from a single computer using low-cost Ethernet switches. The recessed Default button on the rear panel recalls Preset 1 in case of communications failure. The front panel has three-segment LED meters for each input and output, allowing fast and intuitive signal flow verification without a computer. Control Port, Power, Ethernet and Status indicators are also on the front panel. Powered from an internal UL recognized, CSA and CE certified power supply, the RPM 44 is compatible with any installation mandating agency compliance.

The Soundweb London BLU-101 offers a fixed configuration of 12 analog inputs and 8 analog outputs, configurable signal processing, AEC processing, and a high bandwidth, fault tolerant digital audio bus.

The BLU-101 has open architecture which is fully configurable through HiQnet™ London Architect. A rich palette of processing and logic objects and a "drag and drop” method of configuration provide a simple and familiar design environment.

The BLU-101 contains dedicated AEC processing for up to 12 independent AEC algorithms. The AEC algorithm can be applied to signals coming from the local analog inputs or from the digital audio bus. 12 individual AEC references (one per algorithm) allow the user to provide a solution for multiple conferencing spaces using a single device.

Automatic Gain Control (AGC) and Noise Cancellation (NC) are also provided per AEC algorithm. AGC ensures that microphone levels remain at an optimum level, and NC removes steady state noise (such as from a projector fan or air conditioning device) from the signal path.

This processor features a low latency, fault tolerant digital audio bus of 48 channels which uses standard Category 5e cabling giving a distance of 100m between compatible devices. Fiber media converters can be used to increase the distance between devices to over 40km.

The BLU-101 is compatible with the entire Soundweb London family and its 48 channel digital audio bus represents channels 1-48 of the larger 256 channel digital audio bus when integrated with the BLU-800, BLU-320, BLU-160, BLU-120, BLU-BIB and BLU-BOB devices.

Analog Inputs provide software configurable gain in 6dB steps up to +48dB per channel and software selectable Phantom Power per channel.

Phantom Power, Signal Present and Clip information per channel is easily accessible, without the requirement for a PC, from clear front panel LED indication. A bi-directional locate function allows devices to be identified both from and within HiQnet London Architect.

12 Control Inputs and 6 Logic Outputs allow the BLU-101 to be integrated with GPIO compatible devices. The Soundweb London Interface Kit, comprehensive documentation which details how Soundweb London systems can be integrated with third party control systems, is included within the installation of HiQnet London Architect.

The BLU-101 and the other members of the Soundweb London family provide the building blocks of the perfectly tailored system solution.

Overview Dial in YOUR mix exactly as YOU want it, in Real Time.

The PMC16 is a 16 channel personal monitor controller which allows the user to create a custom mix from 16 channels of audio. Designed to be used with the dbx TR1616 or any other BLU link compatible device, the PMC16 allows for monitoring with headphones, in-ear monitors, powered monitors, or traditional wedge monitors. Multiple PMC16s can be daisy chained using CAT5e cable allowing each user to receive 16 channels of high-resolution digital audio and create their own personalized mix to suit their monitoring needs. The PMC16 comprises a 16 channel mixer section with full control of levels, panning, effect send levels, muting, and soloing. Onboard Lexicon© reverb provides the finishing touch. The PMC16ʼs output processing section includes: stereo width control, wedge monitor compensation EQ, high and low master EQ, master level control, and dbx limiting. With a Setup Wizard for ease of configuration, full 16 channel level metering, channel grouping, 16 preset locations for future recall of configurations and mixes, and an intuitive yet powerful user interface, PMC16 gives you the power to dial in YOUR mix exactly as YOU want it, in real time.
