Edirol announced the PCR-1 at Winter NAMM, a new combo device that integrates a USB bus powered 24-bit/96kHz audio interface into a 25-key MIDI keyboard controller. The PCR-1 measures a mere 1-3/16" thick, weighs under 3 pounds & offers a wide variety of audio & MIDI features.
Edirol has devised a new technology known as "S.L.I.M." (Short-stroke Low-profile Impact Mechanism) which allows a compact MIDI keyboard to maintain reasonable playability.
This 25-Key MIDI Keyboard Controller offers full 128-step velocity sensitivity and the same control map support as its larger PCR siblings. The assignable controls can be assigned to send any MIDI message. Also, like the other PCRs, it offers 16 on-board Memory locations for saving control maps for your favorite software applications.
The audio features include stereo RCA input/outputs as well as a stereo mini headphone connection which doubles as an optical digital S/PDIF Port. The PCR-1 offers support for Mac & PC with WDM, ASIO, & Core Audio drivers.

Dual Oscillator / X-Mod Design
Offering two oscillators, the monotron DUO adds an extra dimension, delivering an even more extreme sound. Tune the oscillators in unison for a rich, thick, analog tone. Tune them in intervals for classic soloing sounds and generating new effects. The X-MOD (cross modulation) circuit taken from Korg's classic Mono/Poly can introduce a mild or razor-sharp edge to the overall sound; everything from a rich vibrato to extreme metallic sounds reminiscent of an FM synth.
Enhanced Ribbon Controller Keyboard
The monotron DUO's ribbon controller keyboard now features the familiar Scale function used on the KAOSSILATOR. You can use this button to select one of four scales: Chromatic, Major, Minor, or Off. Choose the Chromatic scale to play precise pitches as on a piano, or choose Major or Minor to generate musically coherent phrases by simply sliding your finger around on the keyboard.

The PCR-A30 is a compact, USB bus powered 24-bit/96kHz Audio interface & 32-key velocity sensitive MIDI controller offering an addition 27 assignable controls which can send any MIDI message including CC, RPN, NRPN, Sysx, & more. The PCR-A30 has a powerful editor which allows the user to easily create control maps for his or her favorite application. The PCR-A30 can control a number of parameters not accessible from other controller keyboards at this price point; such as RPN, NRPN, SysEx.
The PCR-A30 is fully compatible with all the latest operating systems including WinXP and Mac OSX. It is the ideal keyboard for use with Arturia Storm, SONAR, Cubase, Reason, FruityLoops, and most other popular sequencers and software synthesizers. The microKEY25 features excellent portability, allowing you to enjoy playing and producing with a great-feeling keyboard even when you're away from home. It features an expressive Joystick, as traditionally found on larger controllers, and provides simultaneous control of multiple parameters at the same time, along with control of the built-in tempo-synced arpeggiator function. That's not all; the microKEY25 can be powered directly from your iPad via the Camera Connection Kit, and it can be immediately used to control MIDI-capable apps such as Korg's iMS-20. The microKEY25 also includes a download code for FREE Korg M1Le software, giving you all of the preset sounds and all of the PCM waveforms of the original M1, and a browser/search function that makes it easy to find that "perfect sound.“

You can connect the microKEY25 to your iPad and use it to control apps*2 such as the Korg iMS-20 via MIDI *2. (With Apple's iPad Camera Connection Kit or similar device)*3. For the 37/61-key models, you just need to connect them via a USB hub that can supply power.
