Combining powerful sequencing abilities with a 37-key, velocity-sensitive keybed with aftertouch, the Arturia KeyStep Pro may be the controller and sequencer you\’ve been waiting for. Equipped with USB for use with your software instruments, MIDI for your hardware synths, and CV/Gate/Mod outputs for Eurorack modular synthesizers, there is little the KeyStep Pro cannot control. And with its four-track polyphonic sequencer, dedicated 16-track drum sequencer, and advanced functions like randomization, arpeggiation, and chord modes, it\’s clear the KeyStep Pro is definitely not your average keyboard controller. Whether you perform electronic music on stage, or have a wide range of gear in need of a comprehensive controller, you\’ll be impressed with the Arturia KeyStep Pro controller and sequencer.

Comprehensive controller and sequencer for modern producers

The Arturia KeyStep Pro keyboard controller gives you a ton of creative potential, and you\’ll find yourself turning to your computer and mouse less and less. Four tracks of polyphonic step sequencing allow you to compose chord progressions and melodies right from your instrument, while the dedicated 16-track drum sequencer handles rhythm duties. You can adjust tempo and swing directly from the KeyStep Pro, and there\’s even a built-in metronome with a speaker — that means you can improvise and experiment without messing with the click track in your DAW. In other words, the KeyStep Pro is a master controller that handles more like a dedicated instrument.

Ditch your DAW on stage

If you perform electronic music on stage, you know the apprehensive feeling when you\’re setting up your DAW for stage performance. The KeyStep Pro may allow you to ditch your DAW on stage entirely, especially with its solo metronome output — you can send that to your drummer for use as a click track. You have the ability to inject randomness in your sequences for sonic variety, adding a ton of interest to sequences that may otherwise sound repetitive. And when it comes to playing parts in real time, the KeyStep Pro feels responsive and expressive.

Masterful control over your hardware collection

Even if you rarely use a DAW for production, the Arturia KeyStep Pro is a smart way to tie your hardware collection together. On top of dual MIDI outputs for synthesizers, drum machines, and MIDI-equipped effects, the KeyStep Pro is well-equipped for Eurorack and semi-modular synthesizers. In addition to its configurable outputs for CV (with support for polyphonic CV operation), Gate, Mod, and Clock Reset signals, you also have eight dedicated drum gate outputs to control multiple modules easily. So no matter what combination of hardware (and software) you\’re using, Sweetwater is sure you can customize the Arturia KeyStep Pro to operate however you need it to.

Arturia KeyStep Pro 37-key Controller/Sequencer Features:

  • 37-key controller keyboard with velocity-sensitive keys and aftertouch
  • Ready to control software instruments via USB
  • Control hardware via MIDI, or Eurorack/semi-modular gear via configurable CV/Gate/Mod outputs

  • Track controls and touch strip for plenty of hands-on control

Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S25 Controller Keyboard at a Glance:

  • Designed for perfect integration with Komplete
  • You'll love playing on this amazing Fatar keybed

Designed for perfect integration with Komplete

When Native instruments introduced their universal tag-based preset system, the Maschine users here at Sweetwater were absolutely stoked. Now they've extended the same capabilities with their Komplete Kontrol S series keyboards. Using the Komplete Kontrol S25's intuitive browser controls, not only can you call up any NI instrument in your collection, you can select individual presets, narrowing down your search by descriptive keywords. Once you've loaded your sound, a set of touch-sensitive controls lets you dial in and tweak your tone on the fly via Native Instruments' Native Map, and the Clear View display lets you view the instrument's most important details at a glance.

You'll love playing on this amazing Fatar keybed

There are a few good reasons why keyboardists and keyboard makers love Fatar keybeds like the one in this Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S25. In addition to being extremely well built, they feel fantastic, offering enough resistance so that you can really lay into the keys while recovering fast enough for synth-style repeats. Whether you're playing a piano patch courtesy of The Giant or a lead via Monark, these keys won't let you down. For added expression, Native Instruments also gave the Komplete Kontrol S25 a pair of touch strips, which let you pull off mod and pitch-bending moves out of reach for ordinary control wheels. What's more, the Komplete Kontrol S25's integration with Komplete 10 and up includes its multi-color Light Guide - a series of LEDs above each key that offers performance feedback and reveals advanced playing features.

Advanced control options enhance your workflow

There are several additional functions onboard the Komplete Kontrol S25 that make playing virtual instruments and writing music even more fun and productive. For instance, you can play chords with single keys or map key ranges to different scales, and the onboard arpeggiator goes far beyond typical arpeggiation, offering you creative new ways to come up with melodies. And to make controlling your DAW of choice simpler, Native Instruments gave the Komplete Kontrol S25 a full set of transport controls.

Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S25 Controller Keyboard Features:
  • Powerful, great-playing keyboard that gives you unrivaled integration with Komplete 9+
  • 25-key Fatar keybed offers smooth action and excellent response that lets you get the most from your instruments
  • Tag-based unified browsing across all Komplete instruments lets you quickly find the sounds you want, right from the hardware
  • Clear View display shows all the most important details at a glance with easily legible text that you can read in any environment
  • Dial in the main parameters of any Komplete instrument, which automatically map to the touch-sensitive controller knobs
  • Highly flexible touch strip controls with advanced physics offer a level of expression that goes far beyond pitch and mod wheels
  • Create arpeggiated melodies at the touch of a button, play chords with single keys, or map the whole keyrange to scales
  • Dedicated transport section gives you full access to your DAW's playback and recording controls

Experience Native Instruments Kontrol like never before with a Komplete Kontrol S25 keyboard!
