Content | The Element High Speed HDMI with Ethernet was specifically designed by Atlas’ own digital engineers to deliver optimal bandwidth with maximum fidelity In today’s advanced home cinema systems, we consider sound quality is just as important as video performance in creating an immersive user experience.
The Element utilises high purity Oxygen Free Copper (OFC) conductors insulated by a low loss foamed Polyethylene dielectric to deliver fast, accurate signals between source and destination components. A unique conductor topology and its precision length-matched construction enables the Element HDMI to achieve consistent data transmission and maintain constant impedance – making it fully compliant with the latest 4k specifications and avoiding the timing issues which potentially degrade performance.
With triple layer shielding employed to eliminate any contamination of the high speed digital path ways and a precision die-cast metal head shell which provides superb screening characteristics and ensures a secure connection (loose fitting connectors can be a cause of signal loss).
The Element High speed HDMI with Ethernet reduces the error correction required by any digital receiver giving it the best chance to recover error-free data from any wide-band transmission.

v1.4 |
User's manual HDMI type A connectors at both ends. Ferrite cores, at both ends, eliminate electromagnetic disturbances. HDMI cords are in compliance with HDMI 1.3. Why a new connector? | With the arrival of DVB high definition broadcasting in 2005, French channels in HD high definition, HD DVD recording, and the development of ADSL 2+ digital lines (with a data rate of 25 Mbit/s), the requirements in terms of video and audio bit-rates and have trebled or even quadrupled. Exit composite video, S-Video and the Peritel (Scart) connector. We now have the scart connector for the 21st century, the HDMI connector. | | | Vital statistics Date of birth : December 2002 –with version 1.3 in June 2006 Parents : Sony, Thomson, Toshiba, Hitachi, Matsushita, Philips, Silicon Image Ambitions :- To replace the Peritel or Scart connector on domestic appliances : the HD television receiver, HD DVD recorders, satellite receivers, recorders, etc., - To render impossible all attempts to copy and decode the signal through appliances that are not compatible, namely HDCP (High Bandwidth Digital Content Protection). Particular signs :The new universal digital standard can be used to convey the high definition digital video and its multi-channel digital sound without compression (eight 192 kHz channels in 24-bit encoding). It transports the video data (pixels, clock signals and sync), information on the nature of the data flow, audio samples, and information on the clock signal and the type of coding. The HDMI interface can accommodate a bandwidth of 5 Gbit/s. Video A single link supports the following the resolutions with no compression SXGA (1280 x1024 at 85 Hz) UXGA (1600x1200 at 60Hz) SDTV 480i, 480p, 576i and 576p HDTV 720p and 1080i AudioThe data are transmitted without their clock signal (the receiver reconstitutes the time base from the video clock signal). Cable 4 pairs – 3 for the audio/video information and one for the clock signal Other 100% compatible with the DVI standard S2CEB references - CHDMI 12 – HDMI lead with a length of 2 m - CHDMI 15 – HDMI lead with a length of 5 m - CHDMI 110 – HDMI lead with a length of 10 m - CHDMI 115 – HDMI lead with a length of 15 m
