UA-20: Audio Capture USB Audio/MIDI Interface
Features
The UA-20 is the standard model to Edirol's rapidly expanding UA series of USB Audio Capture devices. The unit can accept input from Mic, Line and even guitar level signals. The audio is converted at 24-bit quality and is transferred to your computer via industry standard low latency WDM, ASIO, MME drivers for compatibility with all major sequencing platforms, the input signal may be also monitored directly in hardware. Outputs include analogue, digital and headphone. The built-in MIDI in and out utilize Edirol's Fast Processing Technology for super accurate MIDI timing with any sequencing software on Mac or PC platforms and can be used with both OMS or FreeMIDI drivers on the Apple Macintosh. The UA-20 requires no external power supply and is ideal for use by mobile laptop or Powerbook users. The unit ships with drivers for Windows XP, 2000, Me, 98, MacOS X, and Mac OS 9.x, 8.5 and may also be used with the native USB audio drivers that are included with both Mac & PC.

The 828mk3 is equally well-suited for studio and stage, with or without a computer. As an interface or standalone mixer, the 828mk3 provides 28 separate inputs and 30 separate outputs, including dedicated main outs on XLRs and two front panel headphone outs.

Record, monitor, route and process all of these live inputs using the professional on-board CueMix FX digital mixer – with no latency and no processor strain on your computer. After programming the on-board mixing in the studio, unplug the 828mk3 from the computer and take it on the road for operation as a stand-alone mixer with effects. All mixing and effects parameters are adjustable using the front panel backlit LCD.
