The AKG KA 38 Hot shoe video camera adapter. Useful hot shoe video camera adapter, enables microphone mounting on a video camera.

The AKG KA 38 is a useful hot shoe video camera adapter that enables microphone mounting on a video camera. It is highly recommended that you attach a shockmount such as the H 38 to the KA 38 to reduce the levels of mechanical noise and vibrations from the camera.

The main features of the AKG KA 38 include:

  • Useful hot shoe video camera adapter, enables microphone mounting on a video camera
  • Works well with a shockmount such as the AKG H 38

The EA 89 A is designed for the U 89 i microphone. It has a swivel mount with a 5/8“-27 female thread, plus a thread adapter to connect to 1/2“- and 3/8" stands.

The EA 87 is designed for the U 87 Ai microphone. It has a swivel mount with a 5/8“-27 female thread, plus a thread adapter to connect to 1/2“- and 3/8" studs.

Mounts to both 3/8” and 5/8” thread mounts.
Includes M20 captive nut to mount Microphone.
