Designed with sound and picture quality at the fore, the DBT-1713UDP uses Denon Professional's Direct Mechanical Ground Construction, to suppress vibration and ensure high-quality HD sound and video. Strictly separate, high-quality audio and video circuitry ensure that this can not influence each other and thus do unwanted noise. Further noise reduction has been achieved by the fanless design. The DBT-1713UDP plays Blu-ray discs and DVDs but also a wide range of other media such as CDs, Super Audio CDs and DVD Audio. In addition, the network functions provide access to various online content such including YouTube. In addition, music (MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV / FLAC HD 24bit/192 kHz), photo and video files, including DivX HD can be accessed and played direct rom a networkenabled device such as a PC or NAS.
A USB port on the front panel makes it simple to connect and play back from a storage device loaded with compressed music and video files.
