The EVID-S10.1D subwoofer, from Electro-Voice, is a compact, high-performance, dual 10" (254 mm) woofer loudspeaker with outstanding performance for the most demanding professional and commercial sound applications. Designed and engineered for use in background and foreground music, and sound reinforcement applications, the EVID-S10.1D is the ideal solution for indoor and outdoor applications, such as restaurants, bars, patios, retail, fitness clubs, hospitality, theme parks, leisure venues, and others. Ease of installation, and flexible options for mounting solutions and weather resistance, the EVID-S10.1D is the perfect solution for a wide variety of surface mount applications. The EVID-S10.1D has been carefully engineered to resist outdoor environments, without compromising on performance for indoor applications. The subwoofer is IP54 rated, and its weather-proofing is complemented with exceptional cabinet and grille resistance against sun, salt and moisture. For the toughest weather conditions, the IP rating of the EVIDS10.1D can be upgraded to IP65, using the included port plug accessory.

The S8018 II high-efficiency subwoofer is the ideal low-frequency extension to complement RCF installed systems.

The low-frequency transducer is a hypervented vented, high excursion RCF Precision 18” woofer with a 4” inside/outside voice coil to minimize power compression and extend the life of the product.
Using bass-reflex loading the subwoofer design ensures an efficient acoustic response down to 30 Hz. The Baltic birch plywood enclosure is painted with black, heavy duty, textured epoxy. The front is protected by a strong powder coated metal grille. The cabinet features two Neutrik Speakon™ connectors in a recessed input plate. A M20 pole mount adaptor is provided on the top of the cabinet, integrated hand carry points on the cabinet sides.

The vented SUB 18 and SUB 28 direct radiators have been designed for subwoofer use in active multiway systems. The superior transient response of the classic bass reflex construction is also well suited for medium to large bass arrays. The premium 700W RMS long excursion woofers feature extremely low THD, and the reliable, all-electronic Voice Coil Tracking Protection prevents thermal overload of the 100mm sandwich voice coils. For maximum dynamics, the SUB models can be driven by extremely powerful amplifiers; thermal overload triggers a virtually inaudible 'soft' power reduction.

It features a 47 – 150 Hz frequency response for tight, dynamic low frequency reproduction with punch and definition and 200 watts RMS power handling. Finished in black or white textured paint the elegant cabinet with steel grille provides terminal block and speakON-compatible input connectors plus eight M8 suspension points. The iSUB comes with a low- profile wall and ceiling mounting bracket and a set of rubber feet.
