Evolving from the FBT EvoMaxX Series of loudspeakers, FBT Evo2MaxX speakers feature totally new Digital Sound Processing resulting in improved sound quality and SPL, especially in bass reproduction at high volume. The sound is more relaxing and natural and the four new DSP presets provide quick dynamic equalization and protection contours for any acoustically challenging venue.  Other exciting features are high efficiency and excursion woofers, powerful Class D amplifiers with an extremely low noise floor.

Alongside these key performance improvements, FBT has been inspired to develop the Evo2MaxX Series by one very important goal – offering the customer more value for money. Evo2MaxX lightweight yet sturdy polypropylene cabinets feature a monitor taper designed to ensure that they perform with excellence no matter whether they are used at front of house for a main sound system, as stage floor monitors or within permanent installations.

Additional options are also available for extending low frequency response in the shape of the 15” subwoofer Evo2MaxX 9Sa or the SUBLine 12Sa, 15Sa and 18Sa, all of which boast birch plywood enclosures with 12”, 15” band-pass and 18” reflex designs respectively.

First is the DVX3121 high performancelow frequency transducer. EV used advanced computer aided designtechniques to create forced air, directional voice coil cooling for highpower and efficiency. Finite element analysis was used to optimize thesuspension and magnetic structure for long, linear travel to provide lowdistortion and greater LF extension. These features and details, suchas forged magnetic components and special materials, provide reliabilitywith a 500W power rating in a lightweight transducer. Next is theND2, a 2-inch voice coil compression driver based on neodymium motorstructure to allow for maximum output while reducing size and weight toa minimum. Its precision phasing plug and titanium diaphragm providebetter HF performance, while the integral heatsink provides cooling forhigh power output.The high tech enclosure uses injection-molded high-impact polypropylenestructural foam to make the Zx3 incredibly durable. The C5212 L is a full range extremely narrow dispersion two-way loudspeaker system for medium throw applications.

The high-frequency section is a constant directivity horn loaded to a 1.4” Neodymium compression driver with a 2.5” diaphragm assembly for smooth, wide dispersion.
The 60° x 40° horn design offers higher sensitivity for longer distance applications.
The low-frequency transducer is a 12” woofer with a 3” voice coil.
The crossover is easily bypassed for bi-amp via a recessed changeover switch.

The Electro-Voice ZX3-60B is a 2-way P.A. passive loudspeaker with a 600-watt continuous power handling capacity and a 60x60° coverage angle, for long-throw and cluster applications. The high-tech, high-impact polypropylene enclosure houses a 12" woofer and a 1" Neodymium compression driver with a large 2" voice-coil.
The ZX3-60B cabinet is equipped with 10 integral suspension points for permanent suspension or bracketing, and 3 Anchor Plates for single-stud fittings, with an additional pair of Anchor Plate attachment points on the bottom of the speaker.
