The 6922 is used world wide in high end personal stereo systems; especially there, where value is placed on sound quality without compromise.

Some claim the 6L6EH has been "Modeled after the vintage RCA 6L6GC "blackplate" and the 6L6EH features large plate dimensions".
To see what a real blackplate looks like see the picture on the right showing a RCA and a TAD blackplate small bottle 6L6.
Both are real black plate constructions and great for vintage guitar amps for pleasing smooth and fine complex tone structure. Best for any classic Fender Amplifier.
The 6L6EH is a very good choice for more modern hard rocking guitar sounds and recommened for this.
