The Soundweb London BLU-BIB or “break-in box” offers 8 channels of analog audio input expansion via the Soundweb London high bandwidth, fault tolerant digital audio bus.
This expander features a low latency, fault tolerant digital audio bus of 256 channels which uses standard Category 5e cabling giving a distance of 100m between compatible devices. The BSS Audio MC-1 fiber optic media converter can be used to increase the distance between devices to over 10km (6.2 miles) using single mode fiber.
The BLU-BIB input channels are easily configured by six DIP switches located on the rear of the device, which select consecutive channels in groups of eight. This simple configuration allows assignment to any 8-channel range within the 256 channels available on the digital audio bus. Input channel assignments are configured by DIP switch selection only. The BLU-BIB is not configured by HiQnet™ London Architect. Each channelʼs input gain and Phantom Power are adjusted using buttons on the front panel.
The 8 analog mic/line level inputs utilize the same terminal block connectors as the other members of the Soundweb London family.
Signal present, clip, and Phantom Power per channel are displayed by front panel LED indicators. The front panel also contains a power status and applied gain LED indicators.
The BLU-BIB operates in three different modes, which are entered and exited via the front panel controls. Edit Mode allows the user to adjust each channelʼs input gain and Phantom Power. Normal Mode prevents the user from changing input gain or Phantom Power. Stealth Mode prevents the same changes from occurring, but without LED illumination (except power).
The chassis is a half rack wide and can be rack mounted using the BSS Audio 1U Rack-Mount Kit. It can also be undertablev mounted or wall mounted using the included mounting brackets. The BLU-BIB break-in box input expander is powered by a 12V DC adapter which is included with the device.
The BLU-BIB and the other members of the Soundweb London family provide the building blocks of the perfectly tailored system solution.

Compressos Expander Gate Kimiter DBX 166XS Stereo
Overview Bring a more professional sound to your mix
Adding a dbx® 166xs Compressor/Limiter/Gate to your live sound rig or studio gives you more dynamic control to help create a more polished, professional sound. Having compression in your audio chain gives you the ability to smooth out uneven levels, add sustain to guitars and fatten up your drums. It also makes it easy to bring vocals to the front of your mix - adding greater clarity and making them stand out from the surrounding instruments. To protect your expensive amps and speakers the PeakStop® limiter provides an absolute ceiling for peak excursions or large transients that could damage your equipment.
dbx knows compressors...after all we invented them! The 166xs is the latest in a long line of the world's most successful compressors from the inventors of the technology. Its patented Overeasy® compression technology provides smooth and musical performance while the AutoDynamic™ attack and release controls, found only on dbx compressors, puts great sound within easy reach. The 166xs can operate in stereo or dual-mono modes, has true RMS power summing and features quality XLR and 1/4" TRS inputs and outputs. It cuts no corners on visual feedback with gain reduction metering and easy-to-read backlit switches.

Description
The alphaton Feedback-Controller FC-100 is a revolutionary product for every microphone application including wireless types. It can provide effective feedback control to any sound reinforcement situation. It can also eliminated string feedback in guitars and bass instruments which are equipped with piezo or condenser pickups. The FC-100 provides 6 to 10 dB of feedback protection by analysing the incoming signal, detecting the presence of feedback and then notching out the feedback frequency. The FC-100 relieves the sound engineer automatically. It works dynamically and eliminates a feedback signal before it can grow into a peak. Internally a discriminator circuit detects the presence of regenerative feedback and triggers the automatic equaliser to insert a notch where the feedback peak is coming up. This normally prevents other peaks from developing but if they do, the process is repeated at high speed, thus keeping feedback under control.
