At the center of the new user interface is a clear blue 16-character LCD making navigation easy. Along with the 16 dedicated sound and setup selection buttons the control panel provides quick access to your favorite sounds. A 2-track song sequencer lets you record up to two parts separately - record left and right hand parts independently, or record both parts of a duet accompanying yourself. Very good sound quality for the small purse

The KX-15 has mahogany hammer mouldings which combined with the pianos extra height and larger sound board give this model a richer deeper tone. The piano action is from Kawai's "professional" series to facilitate faster repetition for playing more advanced pieces. Each key is individually weighted to ensure an even touch across the keyboard. This allows experienced musicians and students to develop a reliable piano technique.
