  • Eight stereo output groups, extensive connectivity

  • Operates standalone or as an interface

  • Mix and match, build your network

Monitor 8 sports eight stereo output groups: Main, Aux, and Monitor Groups A through F. The XLR Main Outs and balanced 1/4″ Aux Outs can feed primary and secondary studio monitors or PA speakers.

You can then set up six additional, independent monitor groups – each with multiple mirrored outputs that include front and rear panel 1/4″ headphone outputs, a summed 1/4″ Mono Output, and on groups A-D, balanced stereo 1/4″ outputs. In total, monitor mixes can be sent to 12 sets of headphones, six stage monitors, four stereo in-ear modules (or other stereo line-level destinations), and two sets of powered speakers. If that’s not enough, two banks of ADAT optical input let you connect digital mixers, optical expanders, or other gear (16 channels at 44.1/48kHz or 8 channels at 88.2/96kHz).

MOTU designed Monitor 8 to have the versatility your modern audio production methods require. You can use it without a computer, as a standalone mixer and headphone amp, but it also makes a superb AVB (Audio Video Bridging) or USB 2.0 interface that is USB 3.0 and iOS compatible.

Beefy DSP gives you large-format console-style mixing with 48 channels, 12 stereo busses, and 32-bit floating point effects processing, including modeled analog equalization, vintage-style compression, and classic reverb. For standalone mixing, you can control Monitor 8 via Wi-Fi from web app software running in your browser on your iPad, iPhone, tablet, smartphone, or laptop. And for multi-user control of Monitor 8’s multiple mix busses, you can even run it on several devices concurrently.

You can mix and match Monitor 8 with other MOTU AVB interfaces (such as the 1248, 8M, 16A, 24Ai or 24Ao) using readily-available, inexpensive Cat-5e cables. They all have complementary I/O configurations that make it easy for you to build a customized, state-of-the-art AVB audio network system.

Add more I/O with the MOTU AVB Switch (available separately). Build an AVB audio network with multiple switches and sub-millisecond latency – even over long cable runs. Stream hundreds of channels among devices and computers on your network. Onstage or in the studio, Monitor 8 delivers truly amazing sound quality and rock-solid, cutting-edge performance.

The Smallest, Most Portable 2x2 USB Interface Around! Are you looking for a simple upgrade to your computer's stock audio hardware? Do you want to record high-quality stereo audio to your laptop? Are you searching for the most affordable audio interface for computer DJ applications? The Behringer UCA222 USB Audio Interface does all this and more in one of the smallest, simplest, and lowest-priced packages around. It's a quick, simple, reliable solution for a wide range of audio applications. High-Quality, Industry Standard ConnectionsLook at your computer's audio output. What is it? A 1/8-inch mini stereo jack, most likely. That's fine for plugging in headphones, but a terrible way to connect to external sound systems, stereos, PAs, mixing boards, or any other audio hardware. The UCA222 easily connects to your outboard pro audio gear, and you even get an optical S/PDIF digital output for connecting to high-end digital equipment. Now, take a look at your computer's input. If it has one at all, it's most likely the same deal -- 1/8-inch mini-jack. Again, the Behringer UCA222 provides universally recognized RCA inputs for bringing a wide variety of audio sources and equipment into your computer for pristine recording. You also get a dedicated headphone output for direct monitoring of both the ins and the outs on the UCA222. Greatly Improved AudioYou computer's built-in audio system has a number of limitations, especially if your computer is a laptop. Machine noise and other electrical interference can disrupt, distort, or otherwise ruin recording and critical listening and playback situations. The Behringer UCA222 solves this problem by placing your sound card at the end of a USB cable run far from your machine's noisy electrical components. It seems like a such a simple solution, but this arrangement greatly reduces interference and provides a wonderfully low noise-floor for recording and professional playback. The UCA202 provides analog-to-digital audio conversion at 48 kHz or 44.1 kHz sampling rates and 16-bit resolution. Super Simple Setup As a USB device, the UCA222 is the textbook example of a Plug-N-Play device. Compatible with both Windows and Mac systems, the UCA222 requires no additional software drivers to work. Relying on your operating system's sound architecture, the UCA222 is instantly compatible with just about every audio software on the market, from multitrack DAWs like Logic and Cubase to audio editing programs like BIAS to DJ software like Itch. Spend time making music, not troubleshooting your hardware. The applications for the Behringer UCA222 USB Audio Interface are practically limitless. Whether you're an electronic music producer, latptop DJ, mix engineer, audio archivist, or just a lover of music, the Behringer UCA222 is just about the easiest way to add a professional audio interface to your computer.

The all new 896mk3 FireWire audio interface delivers high-end performance, superb sound, innovative new features and enhanced standard features that remain unique.

The 896mk3 provides eight channels of pristine 24-bit 192 kHz analog recording and playback, combined with sixteen channels of optical digital I/O, stereo AES/EBU, S/PDIF and separate analog main outs. Expand your system by connecting the 8pre mic input expander or other MOTU audio interfaces.

The 896mk3 is equally well-suited for studio and stage, with or without a computer. As an interface or standalone mixer, the 896mk3 provides 28 separate inputs and 32 separate outputs, including dedicated main outs on XLRs and two front panel headphone outs.

Connect all of your studio gear, including microphones, guitars, synths, keyboards, drum machines and even effects processors. Record, monitor, route and process all of these live inputs using the professional on-board CueMix FX digital mixer – with no latency and no processor strain on your computer. Apply hardware DSP-driven effects processing to inputs, outputs, and busses independent of your host computer. Add Classic Reverb™ with lengths up to 60 seconds. Further sculpt your sound with 7-band parametric EQ featuring filter types carefully modeled after British analog console EQs. Choose between two forms of compression: a conventional compressor and the Leveler™, an accurate model of the legendary LA-2A™ optical compressor that provides vintage, musical automatic gain control.

MOTU FireWire audio interfaces are fully compatible with FireWire 800-equipped Macs. All you need is a standard FireWire 400-to-800 cable. Just plug in and go. The FireWire bus operates at 400 Mb/sec, providing the same high speed, low latency and rock solid reliability that MOTU FireWire interfaces are known for.

When recording from the mic/guitar inputs, the 896mk3ʼs signal overload protection gives you an extra 12 dB of headroom above zero with no clipping or harsh artifacts.

After programming the on-board mixing in the studio, unplug the 896mk3 from the computer and take it on the road for operation as a stand-alone mixer with effects. All mixing and effects parameters are adjustable using the front panel backlit LCD.

The 896mk3 provides cross-platform compatibility with Mac and Windows and all of your favorite audio software and host-based effects via WDM/ASIO/Core Audio drivers. Or you can use the included AudioDesk workstation software for Mac, with 24-bit recording/editing and 32-bit mixing/processing/mastering.
