Neutrik has engineered the 3rd generation of their world standard professional
amplifier/loudspeaker connectors. This new series of Speakon? connectors feature
a higher 50-amp current rating for usage with high-powered speakers and amplifiers
carrying more than 1000 watts. Assembly is now faster and easier with less
parts to handle and a redesigned insert that does not require any special tools.
The unique design allows the user to take a straight connector and make it into
a right angle without disconnecting the cable. ? Connector type: Cable coupler
for linking (extending) cables, 4-pole ? Rated current per contact: 40 amp RMS

The speakON STX Series was especially designed for heavy duty amplifier-loudspeaker applications like professional touring. The extremely rugged and durable STX Series features an all metal housing.
