The Crush Bass 100 features an EQ circuit inspired by our prestigious 4 Stroke Series amplifiers. At its centre is a parametric mid band. This presents players with a much greater degree of control over the sound than a traditional EQ, allowing them to vary the frequencies they want hear. The mid band covers a wide range, sweeping from 300Hz (fully anti-clockwise) to 2.7kHz (fully clockwise), meaning this amp can be fine tuned to suit any musical style. The active circuitry allows for up to 15dB of boost or cut on the bass and middle frequencies, and up to 20dB on the treble side.
Lifted straight from our popular OB1 Series amps, the Blend and Gain controls are a nod to the many bass players who experiment with guitar and bass amps simultaneously. In this ʽbi-ampedʼ setup, layers of harmonics and distortion from the guitar amp are blended with the core bass tone to create the ultimate full-range live sound. The Crush Bass 100ʼs Gain and Blend controls create the same effect in a single package, adding extra bite and crispness to the tone at lower gain settings, right up to all-out filth with the dials cranked. These controls can also be engaged remotely with the optional FS-1 footswitch, ideal for fattening your sound on the fly.

Drawing from the classic design of Ampegʼs legendary Portaflex cabinets, the PF-115HE combines vintage styling with the performance of a modern 450W cab. The Eminence® 15½ driver pushes out true Ampeg tone. Since itʼs a Portaflex, you can attach any PF Series head to the top, flip it inside and hit the road Ampeg style. | The world-renowned Classic Series Cabinets are synonymous with bass enclosures and the sound they are expected to produce. And because we know that players have different tastes, we make the configuration YOU are looking for. From the undeniable tone of the SVT-810E to the unexpected low end of the extended range SVT-410HLF, Ampeg enclosures have set the standard for decades. All enclosures feature dual Neutrik Speak-On(r) and 1/4' input/output jacks. Cabinets using high frequency horns contain a variable level attenuator. To prevent overpowering and damaging the horns, a resistive bulb is wired in series with the horn for protection. | The NEW YORK 122 NINJA Richard Bona signature cabinet has a very full yet focused sound, with controlled bottom end from the 2x12” Markbass custom speakers and fantastic clarity and detail from the special new 1.25” compression driver that delivers smooth and crisp highs that are never harsh or brittle. With its 800W power handling itʼs a great single cab choice for medium or large gigs, and its 8 Ω allows you to match two of them with our powerful Markbass heads like the new Little Mark Ninja or Bass Multiamp S. "I searched it, and I found it. Itʼs my sound and tone”, says Richard, "In the end It ALL come down to BASS Sound. Itʼs ALL in Markbass!” |
