DJ`s all over the world claim very high demands to their professional equipment, among which the cartridges ``plays` their decisive part by realising the scratching, back-cueing, and live artistic performance, as a big part of the show. Reliability and robustness is vital, when the cartridges night after night will have to withstand these demands in environments with extreme soundpressure and vibration.
Scratching and back-cueing impose heavy mechanical stress on the cantilever and its rubber bearing. Therefore, the Ortofon disco cartridges are equipped with cantilevers made from aluminium tube with increased wall thickness. Special attention has also been paid to the attachment of the bearing and the design of the bearing itself. This means that rough treatment will neither damage the cartridge nor degrade its stability.
The OrtofonPro cartridges were the first to combine the unrivalled Ortofon sound quality with the ruggedness that is a must for professional use.

ORTOFON CONCORDE DIGITRACK KIT WITH 2 STYLI
Ortofon\'s Red Digitrack Cartridge is designed specifically for coded vinyl. The Digitrack is the perfect marriage of ease and function. With the advent of new computer technology, a DJ can now manipulate MP3s with the style and feel of a turntablist and the tradition of a turntable. Introducing the world\'s first needle designed specifically for coded vinyl with low wear, high output and the best mix and scratch ability.
With the introduction of the DigiTrack cartridge, Ortofon continues to break new ground. Finally, technology has become an art. The Digitrack is the perfect marriage of ease and function. With the advent of new computer technology, a DJ can now manipulate MP3\'s with the style and feel of a turntablist and the tradition of a turntable. Introducing the world\'s first needle designed specifically for code vinyl. Low wear, high output and no more lugging around crates of records.
Our engineers spent hundreds of hours studying the characteristic of time coded vinyl from such products as Serato Scratch, FinalScratch, Virtual DJ, PCDJ Scratch and many others. They\'ve designed a product that will pick up all the coded information while leaving minimal wear on your record. Combine superior output and tracking ability and you\'ve got a cartridge that will perform flawlessly every time. Ideal for both mixing and scratching. The DigiTrack will keep you in the groove all night long.
