The Lightweight Stage Platform.
The ergonomically shaped aluminium upper frame can be carried over longer distances.
Both the peripheral and the inner multi-function channel can be used for attaching accessories and to create a system compatible with all commercial platforms.
The platforms can be built using either compression fittings or assembly brackets.
Depending on the basal diameter of the platform, an over all height of 200cm can be achieved without having to use diagonal bracing.
The special features of the 2M �" Leg socket:
A special corner fitment enables the leg socket to be push fitted with the Excenter quick release system or inserted and tightened by using the No 10. adjusting screw.
Through the easy exchange of the fitment, within seconds you can change from the push fit system to manual tightening of the leg without having to remove the entire leg socket.
Depending upon your requirements you can chose whether to have the adjusting screw or Excenter quick release system.
The 2M-diecast leg socket is designed for use with round or square tubing with dimensions of 40-60mm.
All accessories such as connecting brackets, foot to foot connectors or steps can be combined with other ERGO Systems such as the ERGOflex. Legs for stage platform not included.

The platform stairs are made of small platforms with steps made of 22 mm wood-core plywood or screen-printed panels according to customer preference.
The stairs can be extended easily at any time. Very simple assembly of the steps by means of hooks in the interior groove.

Handrail for Modular Stairs

The stage railings are available as fall prevention safeguards and as childproof handrails. The permissible load for both fall prevention safeguards and childproof handrails in compliance with DIN 4112 is 100 kg at the height of the handrail. One key feature is the continuous supporting beam, which, in conjunction with the die cast zinc mount, guarantees extremely high stability.

The guard rails are bolted to the ERGOlight one corner and are available as guard rails and as a safety railing. The permissible load for both the fall prevention and childproof handrails is 100 kg at railing height in compliance with DIN 4112. The railings are powder coated black and are made of tubular steel. You can select from a round tube thickness of 48, 35 or 27 mm .

Modularly expandable, sectional steel stage stairs with screen-printed surface. Expandable for a maximum stage height of 1.60 m. Very simple assembly of the steps thanks to plug connections; the handrails are mounted securely and firmly with screws. The stair adapter set makes it possible to connect the stairs so that they end flush with the stage. Steps made of 22 mm wood-core plywood or screen-printed panels according to customer preference.
