The Perception 170ʼs design is based on AKG΄s six decades of experience in making microphones and on input from sound engineers around the world who use AKG products every day.
Its ½-inch small-diaphragm true condenser transducer brings AKG studio quality to the project studio and all other areas of recording. A switchable preattenuation pad enable the Perception 170 to be used close to sound sources delivering up to 155 dB SPL. Stylish and modern, the NT3 is a studio and location workhorse. With both
48V phantom and internal 9V battery operation, this R?DE is at home anywhere.
Intended for studio, stage and location work, this versatile handheld or stand
mounted microphone incorporates a true externally polarized condenser (hyper-
cardioid polar response) transducer with an internal capsule shock mounting
system, and an ultra-low noise electronic circuit that has a high immunity to R.F.
interference. Incorporating a rugged welded and heat-treated mesh head and all
metal body. The NT3 is supplied in a zip pouch with a windshield, stand mount
and thread adaptor.

The super-cardioid e 614 is a permantly polarized condenser microphone
designed for demanding applications which require a wide frequency response,
high SPL, fast transient response and a compact design. With its frequency
response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz, the e 614 is able to capture the full sound of the
instrument, while its super-cardioid pick-up pattern isolates the microphone
from other on-stage signals.
An excellent microphone for percussion instruments, the e 614 is also an ideal
