StudioLive® AR16 USB 18-channel hybrid mixers make it simple to mix and record live shows, studio productions, band rehearsals, podcasts, and much more. This is a musicianʼs mixer: lightweight, versatile, feature-rich, and packed with analog connections and digital tools, yet easy to learn and use. Mix with PreSonusʼ® famous Class A preamps and three-band EQ. Create multitrack recordings and fly in backing tracks with a 24-bit, 96 kHz, USB 2.0 digital audio interface. Record and playback in stereo with the integrated SD™ digital recorder. Stream program music wirelessly, using onboard Bluetooth®. Compact and road-ready, StudioLive AR mixers provide a superior all-in-one solution for mixing and recording your performances.
StudioLive AR16 USB mixers are packed with the connections and controls needed to mix and record live, in the studio, and in rehearsal. Each of the eight mono channels and four stereo channels includes a 60 mm fader for level control; a mic input with one of PreSonusʼ prized Class A preamps; three-band EQ; and more. Besides the main outputs, you get two monitor mix outputs, each with a dedicate bus, for feeding stage wedges, a headphone amp, or an in-ear system. Since the StudioLive AR16 USB is also a studio mixer, you also get control-room outputs with level control to feed your studio monitors.
The StudioLive AR16 USB provides a complete solution for mixing and recording, including a flexible array of inputs and outputs. In addition to a 60 mm fader and an XLR mic input with Class A preamp, each of the eight mono channels and four stereo channels gives you a line input, low-cut filter, mute, pan, and solo with prefader listen.
As a result, you can plug in mics, keyboards, and much more with the same types of controls found in larger mixing consoles. Phantom power can be enabled globally for use with condenser microphones; simply switch it off if you want to use dynamic mics.
All mono channels feature three-band, semi-parametric EQ with a sweepable mid band. That gives you enough tone-shaping precision to make each instrument sound its best in the mix. Need more tools? You also get two channel inserts (on Channels 1 and 2) to add external processors.
The four stereo channels (Channels 9 through 16) provide a mic input for the odd-numbered channel, left and right line inputs, and basic three-band, semi-parametric EQ.
This is just part of the StudioLive ARʼs assortment of connections; as youʼll discover in a moment, this mixer can accept signals from virtually any audio source!
Most mixers make you route acoustic and electric guitars and basses through external direct boxes before connecting to a mixer input. But with StudioLive AR mixers, Channels 1 and 2 have high-impedance instrument inputs, so you can plug a guitar or electric bass straight into the board—no direct box needed.
Our unique Super Channel (stereo Channel 17/18) allows you to connect four stereo analog and digital sources at once, enabling you to use the mixer with your high-tech devices. Plug a media player into the Super Channelʼs unbalanced RCA and 1/8-inch stereo inputs, play stereo audio from the onboard SD™ recorder or from your USB-connected Mac® or Windows® PC. Use onboard Bluetooth 4.1 to pair your phone to your StudioLive AR mixer and instantly have wireless access to your music library for break music, backing tracks, or ear-training. Have a song you want the rest of the band to learn? Pair your phone and start rehearsing!
Naturally, you want to record your gigs, as well as producing studio projects, podcasts, and so on. Itʼs smart to record your rehearsals, too. So StudioLive AR mixers offer two different ways to record. Connect a StudioLive AR16 USB mixer to your computer via USB 2.0, and you have an 18x4 multitrack digital recorder, ready to capture all input channels plus the main mix to a Mac or Windows PC with professional, 24-bit/96 kHz quality. An onboard stereo SD recorder lets you record the main mix without a computer—just hit Record and go. Recording canʼt get much easier than this!
Both the integrated USB recording interface and the SD recorder have multiple uses beyond simply recording. With just a few backing tracks, your small band can sound like a much larger act, so we enabled the USB interface to play back two stereo streams through the mixer—great for backing tracks, click tracks, or program music. Use the SD recorder to play up to 32 GB of MP3 and .WAV files for hours of program music or backing tracks without needing a computer. And donʼt forget the Bluetooth feature in the Super Channel, which lets you play break music straight from your smartphone. With several ways to get the job done, you can work the way you want to.
PreSonus StudioLive AR mixers are tightly integrated with state-of-the-art recording software to help you achieve your creative vision. Record with PreSonusʼ Capture™ live-recording software, then edit in our award-winning Studio One® Artist DAW (recording and production software); both are included free.
To get a great mix, you need high-quality effects. The StudioLive AR16 USB has you covered with an internal stereo effects processor with 16 presets, including an assortment of room, hall, and plate reverbs; chorus and delay effects; even a preset that emulates an acoustically treated studio room to provide a warmer, more intimate tone. A dedicated effects return, complete with master level fader and dedicated monitor sends, lets you adjust the amount of the effects in your main and monitor mixes. You can even bypass the effects with a footswitch (optional). Itʼs just another way that StudioLive AR mixers enable you to build professional-quality mixes and recordings quickly and easily.
Compact and built for the road, the StudioLive AR16 USB is an easy-to-use, all-in-one solution for audio mixing and recording. With a wide variety of connections, two ways to record, and a simple, elegant mixing surface, it will quickly become the heart of your live and studio sound systems.

The highly-acclaimed and successful Soundcraft GB Series has gained another new member, the Soundcraft GB2R. This 19 inch rack-mountable mixer is designed specifically for smaller installations in churches and performance venues, or for small portable PA systems. It will also find friends in Broadcast where its high quality and feature set will be very appealing.

Available in two variants, the GB2R offers either 16 mono inputs to a stereo mix output, or a 12.2 version with 12 mono inputs, two full-feature stereo inputs and 2 group busses, each model having 6 auxiliary sends.
As always with Soundcraft consoles, emphasis has been placed on operational simplicity, clear and intuitive layout and the highest possible audio performance. The Soundcraft GB2R inherits both the GB30 Mic preamplifier and GB30 Equaliser designs from the GB4 and GB8.
For ease of installation, the connector section is contained in a rotatable pod, allowing cable access from the top of the mixer if sat on a table-top, or from the rear when mounted in a 19 inch rack.
On the stereo inputs on the 12.2 model, connectors are provided for both Mic and Line inputs. With Mic signals routed to the local channel, the Line inputs are available as stereo returns to the main mix bus. Two stereo returns and a 2-track (for example CD replay) input are provided, which means that the GB2R-12.2 model can offer up to 26 inputs to mix in a mixer just 19" (485mm) wide.
Every input has a pre/post switchable direct output for recording or effects sends, while an internal universal voltage PSU avoids external power supply connections.
The whole GB Series carries the high quality hallmark with which Soundcraft is synonymous, with engineering and design as you'd expect from this high-end manufacturer. Careful attention has been given to the mechanical construction, to ensure reliability and ruggedness under strenuous conditions, with all input modules being constructed with individual vertically-mounted pcb's, fitted to the steel chassis front panel with individually-nutted potentiometers.

The LX7 combines the essential Soundcraft live mixer qualities
with basic recording-oriented features, in a compact frame that's
light enough for one person to carry yet easy to configure and use.
This makes it especially suitable for multi-purpose use in venues
such as small halls and community centres, while its direct channel
outputs make the LX7 an ideal choice for bands who need a live desk
that can double up in the studio.
Housed in a choice of 16, 24 or 32 channel frame, LX7 provides 24,
32 or 40 inputs - with no less than 7 separate bus outputs including
mix, 4 groups and a dedicated mono bus for centre speaker clusters,
side or rear fills. The output count rises to 29 with the inclusion of direct
outs on the first 16 mono inputs and six auxiliary busses.
LX7's balanced mic inputs all use patented Ultramic preamps,
providing 60dB of gain range and 22dBu of headroom. Each input
also includes 4 band EQ with two swept mid frequency controls.
In addition, EQ In/Out switch and steep 18dB/Octave High Pass Filter,
allow effective audio control in difficult venues whilst the six auxiliary sends
are pre-post switchable in pairs from each channel, providing a maximum of
4 pre-fader and six post-fader. This makes LX7 equally applicable
for foldback - heavy performance or in situations where more effects are required.
LX7's groups section houses two further stereo inputs - with EQ, auxiliaries
for keyboards or stereo recording devices - as well as two FX returns. All four
groups are routable to mix and include 12 segment bargraph metering for
accurate monitoring and inserts. Six auxiliary masters on rotary controls also
included AFL soloing.
In the master section there is talkback provision to all pre-fade auxiliaries and
the mix. Global phantom power and a two track return for pre-show music are
also present. A "two-track" to mix switch allows the engineer to play CD's over
the main PA whilst back-stage set-up is going on, with one press of a button.
The mix is also routable to the separate mono bus if mono PAs are required.
LX7 is built in a rugged wedge-shaped steel chassis with an internal power supply,
professional all-metal jackfield and connectors on the rear of the console. All inputs and outputs are balanced.
