The VideoMicro is a compact microphone designed to improve the audio quality of your videos. It incorporates a high-quality cardioid condenser microphone capsule for great quality audio recordings when used with a wide range of cameras. A directional microphone, the VideoMicro reduces distracting peripheral sounds and focusses on the audio in front of the camera. Its pickup is more forgiving than RODEʼs other on-camera microphones providing a more natural sound when recording indoors. Perfect for capturing incredible audio to accompany inspiring vision. The microphone body is made from aluminum, giving it a high level of RF rejection, and is finished in RODEʼs high-grade ceramic anti-glare black coating. Included with the VideoMicro is a camera shoe mount featuring a Rycote Lyre shock mount. Featuring a suspension structure composed of a hard-wearing thermoplastic, it is far more effective at minimising unwanted vibrations, handling and cable-borne noise than traditional elastic suspensions. Virtually indestructible, the Rycote Lyre will never sag, snap, wear out or require rethreading to maintain its effectiveness. Also included is the WS9 synthetic furry wind shield with foam inner cell, designed for use in outdoor scenarios where wind and environmental noise can inhibit recordings. Optionally available is the RODE SC7, a TRS to TRRS cable that allows the VideoMicro to be used with smartphones, to capture crystal clear, directional sound for video and video applications such as Periscope.

RODE NT G8 Broadcast Quality RF-bias Shotgun Microphone Based on RØDE's award winning NTG3, the NTG8 is a broadcast quality RF-bias shotgun microphone that exhibits increased directionality across a wide frequency response range. This makes the NTG8 the perfect microphone for film, television, sports and outdoor broadcasting, live performance, and any professional distance miking application. Like the NTG3, the NTG8 features low self-noise, natural sound without colouration both on and off-axis, and RF bias technology to ensure that it is almost completely resistant to high humidity environments which could cause other condenser microphones to fail. The NTG8 is finished in matte black and supplied with a specially designed shock mount (SM8) that is engineered to provide excellent handling noise isolation, cable management and versatile mounting options for the microphone. A rugged weatherproof aluminium cylinder is also included, providing ultimate protection for the microphone when in transport or storage. The WSNTG8 windshield completes the package, providing light environmental protection. The CS-50 is a compact, light-weight stereo condenser microphone designed for the R-4 and R-4 Pro, videographer, broadcaster, and sound designer. The CS-50 features bass roll-off capability as well as selectable wide stereo or narrow (focused) polar patterns.

From Edirol, the CS-50 Stereo Microphone is designed for use with the Edirol/Roland R4 portable digital field recorder. The microphone features wide stereo and narrow polar patterns. The wide stereo pattern reproduces audio with accurate stereo imaging while the mono pattern is focused and reduces signal at the sides of the capsule. The CS-50 features a low frequency roll-off switch for eliminating hum and low-frequency noise due to wind or proximity effect. A dual XLR output cable is supplied.

Wide Stereo PatternThe wide stereo pattern provides a generous pick up area while reproducing signal with accurate stereo placement. This setting is ideal for ambiance capturing, live music, sound effects, etc.Mono (Narrow) PatternThe narrow pattern provides a focused pick up at the front end of the capsule. The result is an accurate signal without noise at the off-axis sections of the capsule.Low Frequency Roll-OffThe low-frequency roll-off switch eliminates hum and low-frequency noise due to wind, handling and proximity effect.Light Weight ProfileThe light weight, slim profile make the CS-50 ideal for location use while mounted on a boom, pistol grip or camera.
