RODE NT G8 Broadcast Quality RF-bias Shotgun Microphone Based on RØDE's award winning NTG3, the NTG8 is a broadcast quality RF-bias shotgun microphone that exhibits increased directionality across a wide frequency response range. This makes the NTG8 the perfect microphone for film, television, sports and outdoor broadcasting, live performance, and any professional distance miking application. Like the NTG3, the NTG8 features low self-noise, natural sound without colouration both on and off-axis, and RF bias technology to ensure that it is almost completely resistant to high humidity environments which could cause other condenser microphones to fail. The NTG8 is finished in matte black and supplied with a specially designed shock mount (SM8) that is engineered to provide excellent handling noise isolation, cable management and versatile mounting options for the microphone. A rugged weatherproof aluminium cylinder is also included, providing ultimate protection for the microphone when in transport or storage. The WSNTG8 windshield completes the package, providing light environmental protection. Based on the latest ?Film industry? technology, the VideoMic is designed specifically for use with high quality Digital Video Cameras. The microphone exhibits low noise and an unusually wide bandwidth for its size. It is ultra lightweight, yet rugged due to it?s ABS construction. The VideoMic is powered by a standard 9 V battery and offers a Low Battery LED status indicator and a switchable high pass filter to reduce unwanted low frequency rumble. The VideoMic attaches to any Camcorder that has the standard camera-shoe fitting and utilizes a stereo mini jack for audio output. SPECIFICATIONS: Features: Studio recording quality. Rugged fibre-reinforced ABS construction. 9 V battery operation. Custom designed integral wind shield. Condenser Microphone. Low noise circuitry. Low handling noise. Integral camera-shoe mount. Designed & manufactured in Australia. Full 2 year guarantee. Operation power: The VideoMic is designed to operate from a 9 V battery (ANSI:1604A or IEC:6LR61). The battery is conveniently located within the support arm of the microphone. A fully removable access cover and a 1-way insertion mechanism ensure ease of loading. The battery will provide more than 100 hrs. of continuous use due to a low consumption of only 5.0 mA. Operation output impedance: The microphone will operate satisfactorily into a load impedance as low as 1 k?. If a load below this is used, the output signal level will be reduced. The CS-50 is a compact, light-weight stereo condenser microphone designed for the R-4 and R-4 Pro, videographer, broadcaster, and sound designer. The CS-50 features bass roll-off capability as well as selectable wide stereo or narrow (focused) polar patterns.

From Edirol, the CS-50 Stereo Microphone is designed for use with the Edirol/Roland R4 portable digital field recorder. The microphone features wide stereo and narrow polar patterns. The wide stereo pattern reproduces audio with accurate stereo imaging while the mono pattern is focused and reduces signal at the sides of the capsule. The CS-50 features a low frequency roll-off switch for eliminating hum and low-frequency noise due to wind or proximity effect. A dual XLR output cable is supplied.

Wide Stereo PatternThe wide stereo pattern provides a generous pick up area while reproducing signal with accurate stereo placement. This setting is ideal for ambiance capturing, live music, sound effects, etc.Mono (Narrow) PatternThe narrow pattern provides a focused pick up at the front end of the capsule. The result is an accurate signal without noise at the off-axis sections of the capsule.Low Frequency Roll-OffThe low-frequency roll-off switch eliminates hum and low-frequency noise due to wind, handling and proximity effect.Light Weight ProfileThe light weight, slim profile make the CS-50 ideal for location use while mounted on a boom, pistol grip or camera.

Based on models originally developed for use in the broadcast of the Sydney Olympics in 2000, the BP4027 (14.96" long) and BP4029 (9.29" long) Stereo Shotgun models are engineered for high-end broadcast and production use. Both microphones feature independent line-cardioid and figure-of-eight elements configured in an MS (Mid-Side) arrangement with switch-selectable internal matrixing. These innovative microphones allow sound recordists the choice of selecting a left-right stereo output (wide or narrow) via the microphone's internal matrixing system or choosing discreet Mid-Side signals for later manipulation, a flexibility not available from any other manufacturer. A switchable low frequency roll-off filter helps minimize the pickup of unwanted low frequency noise. These phantom-powered models feature a rugged lightweight design and sleek black color scheme, perfect for on-camera use.
