It includes the compact and lightweight BLX4 single-channel tabletop receiver with internal antennas, ideal for portable use. The BLX24/B58 also includes a handheld transmitter equipped with an integrated Beta 58A dynamic supercardioid microphone capsule optimized for crisp, present vocals with a brightened midrange and bass roll-off to control the proximity effect. The receiver features one-touch QuickScan frequency selection to quickly search 123 available frequencies and locate a clean RF channel in case of interference. It provides up to 14 hours of continuous use with two AA batteries, at a range up to 300'. Up to 12 mic channels can operate simultaneously in each frequency band. This streamlined system is well suited for live performances and events in small venues, wedding halls, and houses of worship, as well as conference, educational, and corporate facilities.
Beta 58A Mic Capsule Tailored for Clear Vocals and Speech
The Beta 58A dynamic capsule features a neodymium magnet for greater sensitivity and higher output, as well as a tight supercardioid polar pattern that greatly minimizes background noise and feedback. The dent-resistant steel mesh grille resists wear and abuse. The built-in pop filter reduces undesirable wind and breath noise for clear and intelligible speech.
Lightweight Handheld Transmitter
The durable BLX2 handheld transmitter offers a lightweight, ergonomic design, and is comfortable to hold. Group and channel selection buttons allow for quick and simple frequency matching with the receiver. Other features include an easily accessible on/off button, adjustable gain control, and a black identification cap. The WA621 Color ID Caps kit containing assorted colored caps is available as an optional accessory.
Easy-to-Use Tabletop Receiver for Quality Audio
The BLX4 receiver employs a microprocessor-controlled internal antenna diversity feature to improve the quality and reliability of your wireless audio. An LED display shows group and channel settings, while two LED lights indicate when the system is ready for use and the strength of the incoming audio signal. The unit offers 1/4" and XLR outputs for connectivity to PA systems and mixing boards.

The entire WMS420 wireless system consists of the SR420 stationary receiver, HT420 handheld transmitter and the PT420 pocket transmitter. Unique HDAP (High Definition Audio Performance) technology ensures the best possible, most realistic sound at any time. The SR 40 Mini receiver provides three status LEDs indicating ON/OFF status, received signal strength (RF OK), and audio clipping (AF CLIP). The VOLUME control sets the level at the ¼" output jack. The supplied switched mode power supply operates on any AC voltage from 110 to 240 VAC and includes EU, UK, and US adapters. The rugged HT 40 Mini handheld transmitter features an ON/OFF/MUTE switch and a sturdy wire-mesh cap protecting the cardioid dynamic microphone element. Battery life of the transmitter is the same legendary "30 hours off a single AA battery" as for the WMS 40 models, reducing the need to replace batteries and thus saving real money in the long run.
