LD Systems Contractor CIWS 62 – 6.5″ 2-way In-wall Speaker

The Contractor CIWS 62 is a wall speaker with an appealing look for installation in walls. For a powerful performance, it is equipped with a 6.5" woofer and 1.42" tweeter that feature a frequency response up to 20 kHz and high speech intelligibility. The CIWS 62 provides 60 watts of continuous power; the sound pressure level is 88 dB at 1 W /1 m. Secure swivels enable fast and easy assembly. The in-wall speaker is designed for a wide scope of applications, providing an unobtrusive sound in hotels, restaurants, bars, lounges, training and conference rooms, shopping centres and at home.

For ELA systems, the CIWS 62 is available as a 100 Volt version (CIWS 62 100 V) with three taps for 6, 12, and 24 watts.

The BS-1034 and BS-1034S are wall-mount speakers matched with a supplied plug-in speaker bracket, for easy installation. The BS-1034/1034S combine a low-frequency 5" (12cm) cone-type speaker and a high-frequency balanced dome-type speaker. An M4 screw terminal input connector allows easy connections. The speakers are driven on a high-impedance (100V or 70V) line, with rated inputs. The speaker enclosureʼs design proportions are based on the Golden Ratio (1: 1.618). A low profile blends in well with room décor. Both vertical and horizontal installations are possible. Enclosure and grille net colour is off-white, except on the BS-1034S, which comes with a silver net grille.
