The Stinger® 12 A G3 is powered by high efficiency Class D amplification with a mighty 500 watts RMS output. It drives a custom designed 12” woofer and BMS compression driver delivering extended low frequency response and smooth, crisp highs. The HF waveguide has been designed using BEM, the numerical modeling of sound radiation and propagation. It reduces floor and ceiling reflections, effectively eliminates side lobes and achieves a controlled uniform coverage pattern. The Stinger® 12 A G3 incorporates LD Systemsʼ proprietary DynX® DSP technology to ensure top-level performance with maximum clarity and punch at all times. Processing includes crossover and multiband limiter functions for accurate time alignment and pristine, distortion-free audio. With a 12" woofer and a 1" titanium compressor driver, the EKX-12P from Electro-Voice is a powered two-way Loudspeaker providing 1500W of Class D amplification. It\'s suitable in live-music scenarios, lecture setups, and generalized nightclub use. The loudspeaker\'s integrated QuickSmartDSP technology can be modified using the LCD-based menu-navigation screen and the single-knob user interface. Four presets of DSP are provided for various settings—Music, Live, Speech, and Club—though EQ manipulation and five user-programmable presets are all adjustable. Visual monitoring of your limiter, input metering, and master volume allow you to gain-stage properly.
