Developed in Germany, the UHF Diversity wireless systems from the U300 series deliver excellent audio performance. They achieve a range of 100 metres in ideal conditions and are available in 5 frequency bands: 584 MHz – 608 MHz, 655 MHz – 679 MHz, 823 MHz – 832 MHz + 863 MHz – 865 MHz, 470 MHz – 490 MHz or 514 MHz – 542 MHz. Six U300 systems can be used simultaneously for each frequency band. Convenient one-touch synchronisation via infrared ensures fast, problem-free wireless connection between the transmitter and receiver, while a squelch with pilot tone ensures disruption-free operation.

U300 transmitters have a 10 mW output and an operating time of 10 hours on two AA batteries. The handheld microphone’s frequency response ranges from 55 Hz to 16 kHz. With a lower cut-off frequency of 25 Hz, the bodypack is also suitable for transmitting 5-string bass guitars with a deep H string. The bodypack’s input level can be adjusted to both active and passive guitars and basses over three levels. The power switch features a handy standby mode for temporary muting. The U300 receiver is fitted with a bright LCD channel display, an LED chain for displaying audio signal strength and both a balanced XLR and an unbalanced 6.35 mm audio output. The audio output can also be switched to instrument level for directly connecting to guitar and bass amplifiers.

U300 series wireless systems feature a fresh, modern design and are available as vocal sets with receiver and dynamic handheld microphone with cardioid characteristic, bodypack and headset or bodypack and lavalier microphone. The microphone characteristic can be changed using U500 series replaceable heads. U300 instrument sets are available with bodypack and clip-on microphone for wind instruments or a double-shielded low-capacitance cable for guitars and basses.

For vocalists, performers and active spoken word presenters, the XD-V55 family sets new standards for reliability, ease of use and superior audio quality. All XD-V55 systems – both handheld and bodypack – feature patented digital technologies that deliver sound so impressive they inspire confident, great sounding performances. Including a handheld system featuring four superb microphone models, a lavalier system with three EQ filter models and a headset featuring a high-end omnidirectional microphone capsule, the XD-V55 family is the right choice. The mic modeling delivers great sound, which remains pristine from your lips to your audienceʼs ears thanks to the 24-bit performance. DCL™ (Digital Channel Lock) technology keeps your signal safe the entire time.

The Audio Technica 3000 Series wireless systems provide reliable, professional UHF technology for the most demanding of applications. The ATW-3171 is a frequency agile, true-diversity handheld wireless microphone system including the ATW-R310 receiver and ATW-T371 handheld Transmitter.

The ATW-R310 receiver features frequency adjustable UHF reception, allowing access of up to 200 user selectable channels. Diversity reception allows 2 build-in, independent receivers to relay on a single frequency for the strongest possible reception. The rear panel reveals both unbalanced 1/4" Phone and balanced XLR outputs. A comprehensive back-lit LCD display reveals channel and frequency settings, signal status and transmitter battery status. The receiver also features a ground lift switch, convenient in settings where bad power feeds result in ground hum and noise on the output stage.

The ATW-T371 handheld transmitter features an ATM710 cardioid condenser element. The cardioid polar pattern effectively minimizes noise and feed-back at the off-axis sections. The condenser element increases sensitivity and provides details, accurate audio reproduction. Frequency Agile The system operates on UHF frequencies allowing greater channel selectability and range. The transmitter and receiver feature 200 user selectable channels. Diversity Reception The ATW-R310 receiver features dual internal receivers. The receivers relay between each-other, vying for the strongest reception while minimizing noise and signal drop-out. ATW-T371 Handheld Transmitter The handheld transmitter features a cardioid capsule which minimizes noise at the off-axis sections of the microphone.

The WMS40 mini2 Sets ensure brilliant sound and ease of use at an unbeatable price/performance ratio. Unique HDAP (High Definition Audio Performance) technology ensures the best possible, most realistic sound at any time. The SR40 mini2 receiver provides three status LEDs each for channels 1 and 2, indicating ON/OFF status, received signal strength (RF OK), and audio clipping (AF CLIP). The VOLUME control sets the level at the ¼" output jack. Each receiver comes with a universal 12-V switched mode power supply with EU, UK, and US adapters. The illuminated ON/OFF button switches both channels on and off simultaneously. The PT40 mini bodypack is probably the smallest and lightest transmitter in its class. A reliable mini XLR input allows you to connect every compatible AKG miniature microphone. The rugged HT40 mini handheld transmitter features an ON/OFF/MUTE switch and a sturdy wire-mesh cap protecting the cardioid dynamic microphone element. Battery life is the same legendary 30 hours off a single AA battery as for the standard WMS40 models, reducing the need to replace batteries and thus saving real money in the long run. Consumer Alert (for US users) Most users do not need a license to operate this wireless microphone system. Nevertheless, operating this microphone system without a license is subject to certain restrictions: The system may not cause harmful interference; it must operate at a low power level (not in excess of 50 milliwatts); and it has no protection from interference received from any other device. Purchasers should also be aware that the FCC is currently evaluating use of wireless microphone systems, and these rules are subject to change.
