The U500® Series vocal sets were developed in Germany to bring you affordable professional technology and sound quality. The radio systems for vocals and speech deliver impressive performance and high reliability, which will certainly exceed your expectations. We have designed the range specifically for professional users to ensure that your performance is an impressive and emotional experience.

Selectable transmit power up to 30 mW provides the U500® vocal sets with a free-field range of over 100 metres. They are available in three frequency bands: 584 – 608 MHz and 655 – 679 MHz, where 12 systems can be operated simultaneously, and 823 – 832 MHz + 863 – 865 MHz, where six systems can be operated at the same time. The True Diversity UHF wireless systems are equipped with an automatic scan facility to find the best free frequency, and convenient one-touch infrared synchronisation of transmitter and receiver to facilitate easy set up.

High-contrast OLED displays provide an excellent overview of functions, with indicators for group, channel, radio frequency, and signal strength and battery status. You can even enter individual usernames. In addition to the squelch function, the transmitter’s silent pilot tone ensures fail-safe operation. It protects against interference and mutes the receiver if signals without this tone are present. The U500®’s efficient technology and high-quality components provide clear, distortion-free transmission without latency or artefacts. Low power consumption means that the transmitter can run for up to 10 hours with 2 x AA batteries.

The U500® Series vocal sets are available with hand-held transmitters, headsets, lavalier microphones and single or double receivers. The hand-held transmitters feature interchangeable microphone capsules to suit singing or speaking.

High-quality permanently polarized condenser headmic with omni-directional pick-up pattern

Τype: Headset
Series Compatibility: 3000/5000 Series

Headset vocal condenser microphone for wired or wireless applications.

The Audix HT2P is a professional head-worn microphone designed for use in performances, aerobics instruction, presentations and more. The HT2P features a frequency response of 50Hz to 15kHz, reproducing audio frequencies associated with vocals with pristine fidelity while eliminating noise at low frequency ranges. The HT2P features a hyper-cardioid polar pattern. The hyper-cardioid pattern provides excellent off-axis signal rejection, minimizing noise due to audio monitors, ambiance, other musicians and more. The headset itself is lightweight and padded for extra comfort, the capsule is completely resistant to moisture

Shure WCM16 Headworn Condenser Microphone

The Shure Model WCM16 headworn electret condenser microphone is intended for wireless use by
performers, lecturers, and others who require the highest quality voice pickup with maximum mobility.
Its wide frequency response, low RF susceptibility and reliable operation at temperature and humidity
extremes make the WCM16 suitable for virtually any vocal application. When used with the Shure bodypack
transmitters, the performance of the WCM16 closely resembles the finest conventional vocal microphones.

Miniaturized active circuitry included in the cartridge assembly provides equalization that tailors the low-frequency
response to resemble the warmproximity effect of larger vocal microphones. Because of this low-end response, it
is not necessary to position the microphone directly in front of the mouth, thus avoiding much popping and breath
noise, even without the supplied foam pop screen.

The microphone's hypercardioid unidirectional pickup pattern provides maximum isolation from ambient noise and
from adjacent sound sources such as musical instruments, loudspeakers and other performers. This permits higher
gain-before-feedback without loss or masking of vocals.

Features:

Extra lightweight, adjustable headband stays secure and virtually disappears while being worn
Response comparable to finest conventional vocal microphones
Hypercardioid polar pattern provides maximum isolation from vocalist's own instrument and those of other performers
Uniform polar pattern at all frequencies for maximum gain before feedback
High input clipping level eliminates overload distortion
Cable terminates as 4-pin mini connector
Supplied acoustic foam pop screen
Reliable at temperature and humidity extremes
