The JamVOX is an integrated monitor and software system that extracts the guitar from any MP3 and plugs you into the mix of your favorite bands.

JamVOX gives guitarists instant access to dozens of legendary amps and effects all in one easy to use "drag and drop” software interface. Revolutionary Guitar XTracktion (GXT) technology lets you remove the guitar part of your favorite song with the push of a button. Best of all, you can then take the lead yourself with instant rock star tone! Alternatively, you can extract or isolate the guitar part, slow down the tempo, and practice any style of music without changing the pitch.

The VOX JamVOX includes authentic software models, or recreations, of 19 famous guitar amps and 54 vintage and modern effects, so you'll be able to perfectly reproduce the sounds of your favorite guitarists. JamVOX also comes with a dedicated full-range USB monitor speaker, so there's no need for complex wiring or any specialized knowledge of computer music. A two-CD 28-song bundle of guitar play-along tracks of famous songs, courtesy of Hal Leonard Corporation, is also included, with classic play-along songs such as Day Tripper by The Beatles, Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana, Hot For Teacher by Van Halen, Crossroads by Cream, Am I Evil? originally by Diamond Head (covered by Metallica), and many more.

Little Yet Loud!
The Pathfinder 10's powerful yet always tone-filled 10-Watt output, makes this amp perfect for home practice, backstage warm-up and recording. The Clean/Overdrive switch allows you to change instantly between clean and dirty sounds. With a mere press of this switch you can go from a crystal clear clean sound to our uniquely warm distortion; or from a slightly crunchy bluesy tone to a high-gain, modern-rock roar.

Headphone/Lineout jack
Want to practice late at night without disturbing your neighbours? No problem! Just plug your headphones into the Headphone/Line Out jack and away you go - your sleeping neighbours won't hear a thing because using this jack automatically mutes the amp's speaker! This jack also doubles as a specially filtered Line Out which is perfect for recording your amp without having to worry about setting up any pesky microphones. The Pathfinder 10 also features controls for Gain, Treble, Bass and Volume plus a Clean/Overdrive switch.

• Input Jacks. This, believe it or not, is where you plug your guitar into the amp!
• Gain Control. This adjusts the overall preamp gain of the amplifier. This control can produce a wide variety of killer tones - from clean to crunchy to crazy and all points in-between! What you get all depends on how you set this control and also how you have the Clean/Overdrive Switch (3) set. In both Switch modes - Clean & Overdrive - turning the Gain control down (i.e. counter clockwise) will clean up your sound while cranking it up (i.e. turning it clockwise) will dirty things up. The possibilities are endless.
• Clean/Overdrive Switch. As its name suggests, this switch puts the preamp of the Pathfinder 10 in one of two distinctly different modes -Clean (switch "out“) or Overdrive (switch "in“). And, as you'd expect, the Overdrive mode has bags more gain than the Clean mode. So, if you want more gain just press this button in and let rip!
• Treble Control. This adjusts the treble (high) frequencies in your tone. It can take your sound from soft and round, to bright and cutting, and any point in-between.
• Bass Control. This adjusts the bass (low) frequencies in your tone. It can take your sound from warm and light, to dark and heavy and any point in-between.
• Volume Control. This determines the overall volume of the amplifier. Setting this control high while keeping the Gain low works well for clean sounds (HINT: make sure the Clean/Overdrive Switch is "out" if you wanna go clean!), while setting the Master Volume lower, engaging the Overdrive mode and turning up the Gain will give you a fat, distorted sound at a lower, "bedroom friendly" volume.
• Headphone/Line Out Jack. This dual output carries a specially filtered signal for use with either headphones or for direct connection to a soundboard or recording console. The LINE OUT gives you a good sounding signal for recording or live work without having to mic up the amp. Inserting a jack-plug into this jack will mute the internal speaker.

Eleven amp sounds
Sophisticated modelling technology is used to provide eleven different amps, including classic vintage amps of the past, costly, modern high-end amps and high-gain hybrids, all accessible at the turn of a knob. These new models include Glass, modelled on the Clean channel of a collectable 100-Watt head named the Overdrive Special; Funked, modeled on a classic American black-faced 2x12 combo; Buzzsaw, inspired by the British-made 50-Watt head that created the sounds of ʽ70s hard rock and metal; Crunched, based on a very rare modded VOX AC30/6TBX Top Boost combo, adding new hot-rodded gain levels and EQ; Thrashed, modelled on a 1983, all tube, single channel, master volume 100-Watt head; Raged, based on the high gain channel of a modern, all-tube 100 Watter, with boosted bass and mid frequencies and even more gain; Modern, a still higher gain modification to the "Modern High Gain” channel, with scooped EQ; Fluid, the UK Modern setting with maximum gain and mid-range EQ, modified to emphasize a vocal-like tone for legato-style playing; Molten, based on VOXʼs US Hi-Gain model but capable of even more powerful, heavily saturated sounds, with an Octave effect mixed into the preset; Black, a version of the UK Modern mutated to Class A, rather than Class AB; and Damaged, rooted in VOXʼs US Hi-Gain model with more gain and a completely re-voiced and modified EQ to be thicker and darker.

Eleven high-quality effects
Are built in, including compressor, delay, reverb, compressor & chorus, compressor & phaser, chorus & delay, chorus & reverb, flanger & reverb, tremolo & reverb, and rotary & reverb, plus Noise Reduction. New for th XL series is an Octave effect for massive lead tones. Effect parameters are fully adjustable and a Tap button makes it easy to set your delay time or modulation speed.

Store amp and effect settings
Store your favourite amp and effect settings as a program, containing two different settings (CH1 and CH2). Switch between these settings from the top panel, or by using the optional VFS2 foot switch connected to the rear panel. In addition, there is a preset program for each amp type.

Manual mode
In Manual mode the sound you hear reflects the physical settings of the knobs. Youʼre in control. Connect an optional VFS2 dual foot switch (sold separately) to switch programs or bypass effects. A power level control (not available on AD15VT-XL) adjusts the output wattage of the power amp. This means that even when the master volume is turned up all the way to drive the Valve Reactor power amp, you can adjust the volume without losing any tone.
