Dennis Chambers challenged Zildjian to recreate the 'ridiculously trashy sound' of a Crash cymbal he had found on a trip to China.  

Tight, controlled sound. Pin-point definition. Clean, clear 'chick'. Designed in conjunction with cutting edge drum set artist Marco Minnemann.

Designed with Akira Jimbo to combine brilliance and darkness. Thin Crashes and Splashes project like heavier cymbals due to the un-lathed bell.
