This full-range loudspeaker impresses with its outstanding sound, even at low frequencies. The ICOA 12 A by LD Systems is a genuine all-rounder that offers unparalleled features for its class. Its coaxial design, rotating, BEM-optimised CD horn and extensive and precisely calibrated DynX DSP presets make this aktive 12" loudspeaker exceptionally flexible.
The outstanding bass reproduction from the horn-loaded woofer makes the LD ICOA 12 A the ideal choice for musicians, bands, entertainers and dance schools. It also allows DJs to play sets without the need for a subwoofer. Deployed vertically, the speaker impresses as a satellite; horizontally, it's excellent in suspended systems or as a floor monitor. The efficient class-D power amplifier delivers 126 dB max. SPL and 300 W RMS performance.
Drawing on DynX DSP technology by LD Systems, the speaker delivers perfect performance with maximum clarity and power under all conditions. 4 presets, a 3-band EQ and a delay function facilitate optimal adjustment of the sound to the venue conditions. The 2 line/mic input channels with individual gain controllers, plus mono mix output, allow a variety of signal sources to be connected.
Thanks to its shock-resistant front grille and ideal 55° tilt angle, the LD ICOA 12 A is also outstanding as a floor monitor. Placed vertically, the 36 mm dual tilt stand attachment offers the choice of a 0° or 5° tilt angle for optimally adapting the system to the local acoustic environment.
Extensive and smart accessories for installation and transport are optionally available. 4 aluminium handles with an ergonomic rubber surface provide optimal grip when carrying the speaker.

Ισχύς και DSP
To power module των 2000W ικανοποιεί τις ανάγκες των Driver στο μέγιστο. Είναι σχεδιασμένο ώστε να ψύχεται με ανεμιστήρα πολύ χαμηλού θορύβου, επιτρέποντας στο ηχείο να χρησιμοποιείται εκεί που ο θόρυβος πρέπει να είναι περιορισμένος στο ελάχιστο. Προσεκτικά σχεδιασμένο DSP φροντίζει για την προστασία των Driver από υπεροδήγηση αλλά και να διατηρείται ο ήχος μας πάντα άριστος, απαλλαγμένος από παραμόρφωση.
Presets
Ο χρήστης μπορεί να επιλέξει από μια μεγάλη λίστα ρυθμίσεων EQ που περιλμβάνουν, μεταξύ άλλων, επιλογές για Live, DJ και Monitor εφαρμογές. Επιπρόσθετα, υπάρχει δυνατότητα αποθήκευσης «σκηνών» έτσι ώστε να μην χάνουμε ποτέ τη παραμετροποίηση των EQ, Delay και των εισόδων.
Είσοδοι
Ένα ζεύγος combo XLR (XLR και TRS Jack 6,3mm σε μία υποδοχή) με ανεξάρτητο Gain Control αποτελούν τις εισόδους του ηχείου. Η πρώτη είσοδος είναι εξοπλισμένη δυνατότητα επιλογής MIC/LINE ενώ η δεύτερη παρέχει επιλογή HI-Z/LINE για μουσικά όργανα. Και οι δύο είσοδοι καταλήγουν αντίστοιχα σε 2 εξόδους XLR, για σύνδεση άλλων συσκευών/ηχείων. Παρέχεται είσοδος 3.5 mm TRS input jack, με ανεξάρτητο έλεγχο έντασης, έτσι ώστε να μπορούν να συνδεθούν Smart Phones, PC και Mp3 Player.
Έξοδοι
Εκτός από τα 2 XLR που «ντουμπλάρουν» τις εισόδους, υπάρχει και μία έξοδος XLR που μας δίνει το μιξαρισμένο σήμα του ηχείου.
Κάλυψη
Η σχεδίαση τύπου DMT (Directivity Matched Transition), φροντίζει να ταιριάζει η γωνία κάλυψης του woofer και του driver στη συχνότητα crossover και των δύο, δίνοντάς μας έτσι ομοιόμορφη κάλυψη σε όλο το φάσμα συχνοτήτων που αποδίδεται. Η τεχνολογία Intrinsic Correction™ χρησιμοποιέιται για εξομάλυνση των δυναμικών του. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι ένα ακριβές ηχείο που αποδίδει το μέγιστο, ποιοτικά αλλά και σε ένταση, σε μία μεγάλη ποικιλία χώρων.
Ευέλικτος σχεδιασμός
Κάθε μοντέλο διαθέτει καμπία από ABS, σχεδιασμένη με γνώμονα το απλό αλλά και επαγγελματικό στυλ. Μπορούμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε σαν κύριο PA ή σα floor monitor, ενώ οι εργονομικές λαβές του και το μεταλλικό grill ενισχύει την ήδη αυξημένη του λειτουργικότητα. Διαθέτει φωλιά που μπορεί να περιστραφεί, έτσι ώστε να τοποθετείται με κλιση 0° ή 7,5°. Για την κρέμασή του, μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν οι υποδοχές M10 που έχει στην καμπίνα του. Τέλος, υπάρχει και βάση τύπου Yoke για επιτοίχα τοποθέτηση.
