The CS3 DU microphone station is the basic delegate unit for the CS5 conference systems. It provides both an integrated loudspeaker as well as two 3.5 mm stereo headphone outputs and could be used for up to 2 delegates. Depending on the selected operating mode, the PTT key enables the speaker to directly switch on their microphone or to enter the system waiting list.

Rugged infrared receiver for up to seven selectable channels, for use with headphones, e.g., AKG K 77. Operates for more than 12 hours per battery charge.
The CS 5 IRR7 shall reproduce the floor channel and 6 translated languages. It shall have a 3,5mm stereo jack to connect any stereo headphone, a volume potentiometer and an easy selector switch. It shall have a built in NiMh rechargeable battery to supply the unit for up to 13 hours operation time. The unit shall switch off automatically when loosing the signal to save power. It shall be rechargeable with charging contacts on the housing.

- System Features and Outline
- Bilingual conference system. Either English interpretation (main audio) or Japanese interpretation (sub audio) is selectable for monitoring.
- Operations such as giving speech permission can be done from the operation PC. *Custom design.
- The number of conference units can be set for any of one, two or four persons allowed to talk at a time.
- All speeches during the conference can be recorded clearly.
- Sub audio(Japanese interpretation) is not recorded.
- Threefold choice vote function enables the voting just at the press of a Vote key on each unit. The result can be instantly totalized on the Central unit.
- Speeches can be addressed to audience via sound amplification. * The sub audio output is not amplified
