AKG WMS40PT WIRELESS BODYPACK/GUITAR SYSTEM
The AKG WMS40PT contains an AKG SR40 UHF receiver,
an AKG PT40 bodypack transmitter with a guitar lead,
Power Supply Unit, and Batteries.
UHF operates in a higher frequency range than VHF systems.
The VHF range is very highly populated with traffic, and because
the VHF signal has a longer wave length, VHF radio signals pass
through non-metallic walls easier than a UHF signal, making VHF
wireless systems more prone to radio interference. Though more
expensive than VHF wireless, UHF is well worth the extra cost.
AKG WMS40PT SR40 UHF RECEIVER
The AKG SR40 UHF receiver contains an adjustable squelch for
noise free reception and output level control permits optimum signal
matching to subsequent equipment. Professional outputs include a
XLR and 1/4" jack. Rugged half-rack case for standalone or rackmounted
operation. The plug & play concept and fixed preset frequency let you set
up and operate the AKG SR 40 quickly and efficiently.

AKG WMS40PT PT40 BODYPACK UHF TRANSMITTER
The AKG WMS40 Series PT40 bodypack transmitter allows you to
connect everything from lavalier or head-worn microphones to a guitar,
bass, or portable keyboard. In spite of its light weight and small size,
the AKG PT 40 operates for more than 35 hours off a single set of batteries,
so its operating cost is the lowest in its class. An input gain control, noiseless
on/mute/off switch, and professional mini XLR input provide maximum reliability
and ease of use in every application. Set to LINE leve for an instrument input,
and MIC for a microphone input. A belt clip makes it easy to attach the AKG PT 40

| A lightweight, low-profile wireless system that provides guitarists with 200 feet of freedom.
The Line 6 Relay G50 Digital Wireless System provides a pure signal with a clarity that rivals that of the highest-quality guitar cables. Guitars get a beautiful high-end sparkle and basses get a thunderous low-end punch, even at distances of up to 200 feet. Traditional wireless systems compromise the sound of your instrument by rolling-off crucial high- and low-end frequencies and compressing their signals. This system on the other hand, offers superior sound with full bandwidth and zero compression.
Professional Dependability
Broadcasting over the 2.4GHz band keeps the Line 6 Relay G50's signal free from many kinds of interference. Traditional wireless guitar systems are susceptible to dropouts, static, and many other kinds of interference. Broadcasting over congested UHF bands, their signals may be affected by interference generated as far away as 100 miles or more. For added security, the Relay G50 employs exclusive signal protection technology, simultaneously broadcasting encrypted data streams to multiple antennas.
Refreshing Simplicity
The Relay G50 is a low-profile wireless system that's easy to use. The lightweight transmitter remains out of the way of your performance and its LCD displays channel number and battery life. The rugged metal receiver offers bright and easy-to-read LEDs that display power, status, and battery life. Its dual 1/4" outputs make it an easy addition to your pedal board.
Attached to Your Guitar Cable?
For players attached to cables, adopting a wireless system introduces many questions: What will it feel like? Will it change my sound? The Line 6 Relay G50 sounds just like a cable, but it also sounds just like your cable. It features EQ settings that match the frequency responses of typical guitar cables. Different players use different cables, but all players can use Relay G50.
The Wireless Revolution
Relay G50 is proudly ushering in a better-sounding and more dependable era of wireless guitar systems. It will inspire you to explore new areas of your music and the stage.
The wireless guitar system comes complete with transmitter, receiver and all necessary accessories including locking cable, power supply, and batteries.

VWTTM
Exclusive VWT (Virtual Wire Transmission) technology ensures full-range frequency response, excellent transient response, and wide dynamic range - just like a high-quality guitar cable.
Superior specs.
Relay digital wireless systems produce full-range tones with 10Hz-20kHz frequency response, exceedingly low noise with up to 120dB dynamic range, and studio-quality resolution with 24-bit A/D conversion. (Comparably priced analog wireless systems offer 50Hz-15kHz frequency response and >90dB dynamic range. This wreaks havoc on your tone, especially if you use a high-gain amp.)
Cable tone simulation.
Using a cable and a wireless system? Now you can switch back and forth without having to adjust the tone settings on your amplifier. Relay digital wireless systems feature a Cable Tone Simulator, which lets you match the sound of your Relay to the sound of your cable.
Compander free.
Companders squash your signal and ruin your tone. Analog wireless systems require companders but Relay wireless systems do not. Remaining compander-free enables Relay to deliver a beautiful high-end sparkle, thunderous low-end punch, and touch response that analog wireless systems simply cannot deliver.
