The Perception wireless system comes complete with bandwidths up to 30 MHz and excessively low-current transmitters, which are unique in its class, cementing Perception Wireless as one of the most comprehensive systems in its price range.

The Perception Wireless is designed to accommodate musicians and entry-level audio technicians, although it has the capabilities to handle even the most difficult audio setups with up to 8 channels per band.

The pocket transmitter PT45 - which is the smallest in its class - runs on a single AA battery, and is compatible with all AKG MicroMics. The SR45 Stationary Receiver delivers a diversity system, professional XLR and 1/4 inch jack outputs and the SMPS solution.

The ultra high frequency system is set up within seconds and is equally suitable on stage as well as in locations where a single- or multi channel solution is needed.

The entire WMS420 wireless system consists of the SR420 stationary receiver, HT420 handheld transmitter and the PT420 pocket transmitter. The HT420 handheld transmitter is available with the patented D5 dynamic microphone acoustic. This capsule guarantees maximum rejection against feedback, reduced handling noise and the famous AKG sound. Both transmitters are shipped with charging contacts that enable the use of rechargeable batteries. Moreover the transmitters offer exceptional eight hours of operation time from a single AA size battery, which dramatically reduces the operating costs in day-to-day use.

The detachable receiver antennas allow the use of professional accessories, such as antenna splitters and remote mounted directional antennas for multi channel systems. The WMS420 series includes three different bodypack sets. The head-worn set includes the high performance C555L condenser microphone. The presenter set includes the professional C417L lavalier microphone. The guitar set includes an instrument cable. With the AKG WMS420 system up to eight channels can be run simultaneously.

AKG WMS 470 Wireless Instrument Set has an automatic frequency setup function that immediately finds and displays all available channels. WMS470 by AKG operates up to 16 channels simultaneously within the same frequency band and up to 48 channels by using multiple frequency bands. AKG WMS 470 wireless system includes an AKG PT470 transmitter, AKG SR470 receiver and an MKG L instrument cable. WMS470 instrument set  incorporates handheld, headworn and lavalier mic options.
