Content | The DTI (Dual Transformer/Isolater) from ART is a high quality, totally passive audio interface that uses a pair of high performance transformers to totally separate input and output signal grounds, thereby isolating two systems and reducing hum and ground-loop noise.
The unit's audio transformers have an extremely flat and wide frequency response and can handle high signal levels while maintaining an isolated balanced output. This gives the DTI a very clean and neutral sound with a wide variety of signal sources. The transformers are wound for 1:1 unity gain and are designed to be used with impedances from 600 Ω to 100k Ω.
Versatility Useful for making a "clean" interface between a computer based audio workstation and a speaker system, isolation on long cable runs in a fixed installation, isolation of a signal source from any recording equipment, or in many cases, just a safer connection between two audio systems.
Connectivity Provides XLR, 1/4" phone and RCA type phono connections on all inputs and outputs. This allows the unit to easily fit into virtually any audio system and be the clean patch point between all types of systems.
Construction A compact black anodized, all aluminum case and passive design allow the DTI to provide years of trouble free service in Live Sound, Permanent/Fixed Install, D.J. and virtually any PA application.

Passive DI box especially designed for guitars.
The PDI09 can be connected between an effect device or amplifier and the mixing console. The PDI09 is not suitable for direct connection to a guitar. Integrated filter circuits simulate the authentic "speaker" sound. Tone can be varied between "Mellow“, "Normal“, or "Bright“.
Technical specifications:
- Input: 6.3 mm jack with parallel "THRU" socket
- Output: male XLR transformer balanced
- Attenuator: (Level switch) 0 dB for line signals, -15 dB for small amps up to 10 w, 30 dB for large amps up to 200 w
- No battery necessary

With the DI100, you can rest assured that your sound source will reach the console balanced and noise-free. BEHRINGER's take on the all-important active DI box gives you functionality, durability and incredible sound at a remarkable price.
Be Direct
Plug into the DI100's balanced 1/4" TRS or XLR input, then send a signal to your console via the balanced XLR output. You can even plug your guitar or bass amp's speaker output into the DI100, which can handle ratings of up to 3,000 Watts and still deliver a perfect signal. It also features a 1/4" LINK jack to send your signal to an on-stage amplifier. The DI100 also has a switchable attenuation pad, allowing input levels of up to +50 dB. There is also a ground lift switch to eliminate noise associated with ground loops. The DI100 also features BEHRINGER's renowned OT-1 output transformer.
Superior Sound, Incredible Value
DI boxes are an essential part of any stage or studio, and the DI100 delivers the exceptional sound you expect, wrapped up in a rugged, road-proof aluminum case with stackable rubber corners. | Standard active DI box. Can be operated with 9 V batteries or 48 V phantom power. High-impedance input; higher output level than with a passive DI box. Active circuitry allows for high input impedance ( 1 meg. ohm) and higher input sensitivity (typical difference between in and out -4 dB). Maximum output impedance with phantom power operation +10 dB. Output: transformer balanced. The special "floating ground" circuitry enables ground lift even during phantom power operation. Metal case 110 x 73 x 42 mm. |
Passive DI box. Jack input with paralell "THRU" output, transformer balanced XLR output. Attenuable input sensitivity, can handle both line level and speaker level signals.

DOD AC 275 Active Direct Box with Switchable Ground Lift and Attenuator-2nd Hand- The AC 275 is an active, phantom powered direct box. Unlike a passive DI where the frequency response of the signal can be altered depending on the connected impedance, an active DI buffers the input signal with an amplifier. This assures that the sound source will reach the mixer balanced and noise-free. Housed in a cast alloy chassis, the AC 275 supplies two, high impedance, unbalanced 1/4" jacks and one low impedance balanced XLR jack. It operates with battery or phantom power. Key Features | ? | Active direct box | ? | Allows a hi impedance unbalanced source to directly feed a low impedance balanced input | ? | Flat frequency response | ? | Connects guitar pickups, microphones or electric instruments to a recording or P.A. console without audio quality loss | ? | Internal pad for speaker level input | ? | Operates with battery or phantom power | ? | Ground lift switch eliminates typical ground loop problems | ? | Rugged, road-proof cast alloy chassis |
