Four Inputs and Eight Outputs allow you to distribute audio from a variety of sources to multiple locations, the Protea System II 4.24D Digital Distribution System Processor has all the audio processing tools needed for precise crossover and sound control. Each input allows you to control gain, six parametric, low or high shelf filters and the ability to assign any input to any output. In addition to setting crossover frequencies, each output allows you to program four parametric, low or high shelf filters, delay of up to 682ms, output gain, reverse polarity and a compressor/limiter for speaker protection.
All this is in one rack space with euroblock type input and output connections. Programming the Protea 4.24D is straight-forward using a PC and Ashly’s Protea System Software (WindowsTM 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP and NT platforms).
