BSS AR-416 4-CHANNELS ACTIVE DI BOX

The AR-416 is an active 4-channel direct injection unit.

Each channel includes:

High impedance of 1M Ohm.

    * A ?" instrument jack per channel with both parallel and buffered link outputs on ?" jacks
       to feed into backline amps.
    * A low impedance XLR output which is active buffered, transformer-balanced, floating and
       capable of driving 600 Ohm over long cable runs.
    * A selectable 8kHz low-pass filter; polarity-reverse and earth-lift on “XLR side“.
    * 3-way selectable input attenuation (0dB, 20dB, 40dB pad).
    * An additional earth lift on the "jack side“.

The earth lifts on each channel have LED indicators to show true status and avoid confusion.
The unit has total ground isolation with no significant crosstalk between channels and a very
low noise floor.
The unit is mains powered.

Active 4-channel DI box. Each channel has a jack input with a parallel output for passing through the signal. An attenuation switch (-30 dB) allows either a line or loudspeaker signal to be connected.Active 4 x DI box, 19" format. Technical specitications identicl to the PAN-02, however, the PAN-03 is built for mains operation. All connections and switches are located on the front panel, an additional parallel XLR output is located in back. 19 inch rack-mount format, 1 rack space, 90 mm front to back.

Passive DI box. Jack input with paralell "THRU" output, transformer balanced XLR output. Attenuable input sensitivity, can handle both line level and speaker level signals.

Both boxes include a pad switch that accomodates instrument, line and even speaker level signals. Take even more control of your sound by utilizing the polarity invert switch to set the phase relationship between the direct and mic'd sound.

As a professional, you donʼt have time for interference, so weʼve included a ground lift switch to solve potential hum and buzz problems due to ground loops. And between the combined shielding of the cast metal chassis and the custom-wound transformer, you can be doubly assured of a clean signal free from interference. All of this sits atop a solid, stable footprint, that will keep the box from being dragged around the stage, and the unique contoured underside allows secure stacking of multiple units.

So whether you need to control the level, placement in the mix, or overall characteristics of 4 independent signals or control the gain leveling on a couple of stereo pairs, the dbx dB12 is for you.
