HK Audio IL-15.1 Installation Line
Full range cabinet featuring extended low end response and high load-handling for high-quality sound reinforcement for public address and music bars, live clubs, smaller dance clubs, theaters and similar venues and applications. The IL 15.1 may be deployed either as a fullrange cabinet or as a mid/high-range cabinet in combination with the HK AUDIO subwoofers IL 115 Sub, IL 118 Sub and IL 218 Sub. | | | | Details | | The IL 15.1 is a two-way, fullrange speaker cabinet designed to be driven via an internal passive crossover. The enclosure is loaded with a direct-radiating 15" cone loudspeaker in a bass reflex housing and a 1" high-frequency driver with a rotatable 60?° x 40?° CD horn. This speaker array delivers the kind of low frequency response it takes to render speech and background music accurately, even without an additional subwoofer. The HK AUDIO IL 115 Sub, IL 118 Sub and IL 218 Sub subwoofers come highly recommended for applications requiring enhanced low frequency response. Next to natural-sounding, musical response and high-resolution audio, the IL 15.1 delivers excellent speech intelligibility and enhanced low end response. It is ideally suited for sound reinforcement applications demanding enhanced low end response for coverage up to a distance of some 20 meters, depending on the given sound pressure requirements. The IL 15.1 may be operated with or without a controller. The HK Audio Digital Field Controller (DFC) is recommended for larger and more complex application scenarios.

The Electro-Voice TX1152 Tour-X is a high power, high sensitivity, 15" 2-way PA loudspeaker system to use when high-quality sound reinforcement is required in a lightweight package.
The TX1152 PA speaker uses a DH3, high output 1.25" titanium compression driver, coupled to a Constant Directivity 60 degree x 40 degree horn. This combination results in a smooth response to 20 kHz and excellent pattern control in medium throw applications.
The SMX2151 15" woofer has an FEA optimized magnet structure and a shorting ring for ultra low distortion and maximum intelligibility at high SPL levels. The crossover uses steep 24 dB/octave slopes with equalization for very smooth response in vocal range, extended HF, and a protection circuit for long-term reliability.
The TX1152 has a variety of features that make it equally suited for portable or fixed installation applications. The trapezoidal enclosure is constructed out of a combination of plywood and MDF, and coated with EVCoat for maximum strength while still remaining lightweight. The unique grille design is very strong, dent resistant, and features a rotatable logo. Four way handles allow for gripping in a variety of positions, a pole mount allows for placement on a subwoofer or a tripod. Six 3/8" threaded points allow a single TX1152 to be suspended in a various positions. The recessed input panel with dual NL4 connectors panel keeps the connectors hidden, while allowing the TX1152 to be used with the TX1181 subwoofer for extended sub bass on a single amplifier channel, with no additional processing needed. |
With the newly designed D15-3, DYNACORD fulfi lls a longtime customer demand for a light-weight, extremely robust high-performance professional 15" 3-way plastic cabinet for use in professional, portable and fixed install sound reinforcement applications.
With a variety of suspension accessories and conservative cosmetics, the D15-3 is also ideally suited to be used in demanding fi xed installations. The cabinet is manufactured from Polypropylene and therefore is extremely resistant against abuse on the road. For low frequencies a DYNACORD DND 15400 Neodymium cone transducer is used.
The midrange is projected from the ultra-low distortion DYNACORD DND 6120 Neodymium cone transducer with a conical radiation pattern of 120°. The DND 6120 guarantees excellent intelligibility without any necessity of precise aiming. The Electro-Voice DH 3 driver is used for the projection of the high frequencies. The Constant-Direcctivity HF horn has been integrated into the baffl e by CAD methods. The nominal coverage angle of the cabinet is 90°*50°, horizontal*vertical, respectively. Power handling of the cabinet is 500W (continuous), 1000W (program) and 2000W peak. The maximum sound pressure level is 130dB, the frequency range of the D15-3 is 50Hz to 18kHz. The D15-3 is ideally suited for applications as full-range cabinet or as Mid-Hi cabinet in in high-performance small-format active and passive satellite systems. |
Electro voice Zx5-60B
The Zx5 is a 15“, 2-way cabinet with a lightweight, high-impact composite enclosure, featuring the newest generation
of EV components: the DXV3150, 500W, 15" forced air cooled woofer with 3" voice coil, and the ND2, 2" neodymium
compression driver with a 2 mil titanium diaphragm. The Zx5 is rated for 600 watts long-term power handling (2400 W peak)
and can produce 132 dB SPL with very smooth 58Hz-15kHz frequency response. With two available coverage patterns
(60?°x60?° or 90?°x50?°), two adjustable monitor angles (45?° or 55?°) and ten built-in rigging and suspension points allowing
for a variety of mounting accessories, the Zx5 fits a variety of applications: installations of individual speakers or clusters
in entertainment, cultural or religious venues, as well as on stages with bands, musicians and P.A. rental companies.
EV Zx5 loudspeakers are available in black and white for indoors and dedicated PI versions for outdoor applications.
