The Easy Way to Get a Pair of LSR4326 Monitors!
The JBL LSR4300 Series is the first professional studio monitors with computer connectivity, networking, and automatic room compensation. JBL has made acquiring these monitors easy with the introduction of the LSR4326 Pak!

JBL LSR4326 Pak Monitor System at a Glance:

  • Supremely accurate reproduction using LSR and RMC technology
  • Powerful monitor control from your computer
  • Flexible front-panel speaker and system control
  • Ideal for surround use
  • Includes accessory kit

Supremely accurate reproduction
Great mixes start with an accurate monitor. The LSR4326P incorporates JBL’s Linear Spatial Reference Technology that matches the exact geometry of the 4300’s waveguide design with its transducers and crossover network to optimize the frequency response at the mix position. To ensure that this incredibly accurate monitor delivers superb mixes in the room you’re working in, JBL’s next generation RMC Room Mode Correction system incorporates a powerful analyzer into each speaker that automatically analyzes and compensates for problems caused by low frequency standing waves and proximity to boundaries. Truly putting technology to work, all of this is accomplished by simply plugging the LSR4300 calibration microphone into the speaker and pushing a button. A JBL first, the LSR4300 meter provides a reference of the output from each speaker in the system. The results are a revolution in professional mixing: a calibrated listening environment where the monitors truly work in harmony with the room. This creates a stunningly clear and articulate sound stage enabling reliable mixes that translate faithfully to the outside world.

Powerful monitor control from your computer
Today’s digital production environments are all about precision and control. The LSR4326P’s powerful DSP platform provides full system networking and communication. Comprehensive LSR4300 Control Center Software provides total control of all system parameters directly from the workstation desktop. High resolution digital and analog inputs, plus a ‘virtual monitor section’ with input switching, master volume, mute and solo controls, enhance functionality of the entire system and provide comprehensive control at the mix position. The first professional studio monitor with automatic room compensation, centralized system control, and user-friendly simplicity, the LSR4326P is the most elegant and intelligent advancement of technology on behalf of better mixes ever offered in a studio monitor.

Flexible front-panel speaker and system control
Control of System Level, Individual Speaker SOLO, Input Source Selection, high and low frequency EQ settings, and adjustment of all parameters can be made from each speaker’s front panel, with the system’s infrared remote control, or with LSR4300 Control Center Software. For unprecedented performance and convenience the LSR4326P incorporates the new Harman Hiqnet protocol that enables a coordinated calibration of all speakers, intelligent configuration of surround sound systems, and synchronized control of all speakers in the system.

Ideal for surround use
The LSR4326P is a bi-amplified system with 6″ woofer and 1″ dome tweeter. Designed for any application from simple stereo mixing to complex surround production, an LSR4326P system can be configured with up to eight main speakers in any desired mix of 6″ LSR4326P and 8″ LSR4328P models. Since the small studio may lack the space to position surround channels at the optimal physical distance from the mix position, the system is automatically aligned so the sound arriving at the mix position from all speakers is synchronized producing a precise image regardless of each speaker’s actual physical placement.

Includes accessory kit
The LSR4326 Pak includes the JBL LSR4300 Accessory Kit, which provides a measurement microphone, a remote control, LSR4300 Control Center software, a USB cable, and batteries.

JBL LSR4326 Pak Monitor System Features:

  • Bi-amplified monitor with JBL DSP-enabled RMC Room Mode Correction system.

PRICE PER UNIT

A revolutionary formula: 2 x 7 = 77

In some set-ups it can be advisable to use a horizontally designed speaker rather than a vertical one. Until now, such monitors were only available within the SX top line.

The brand new A77X, due to its outstanding features, might become a true game changer: Equipped with the same advanced technologies as the A7X, it therefore is very similar to the two-way speaker. The A77X, however, distinguishes itself by much higher, compression-free maximum sound pressure levels and dynamics. Due to its power and radiation characteristics, it also is perfectly suited for both near- and midfield monitoring.

Driver technology

Like all models of the AX series, the A77X features the ADAM proprietary X-ART tweeter. The ʽXʼ stands for ʽeXtended frequency responseʼ and thus for one of the features of the Accelerating Ribbon Technology that has been drastically improved: the frequency response. It now extends all the way up to 50kHz. In addition, the X-ART tweeter has higher efficiency and higher maximum sound pressure levels.

The two 7” woofers are identical with that of the A7X. With their large voice coils (1.5”) and powerful amplifiers, they are capable of both very high maximum sound pressure levels as well as very deep registers. The woofers do not cover the same frequency bands: while both of them are responsible for the (sub-) bass frequencies up to about 400Hz, only one of them reproduces the midrange. This prevents interferences between the two drivers. For stereo setups the A77X is available in A and B versions in order to guarantee a precise stereo image.

Amplifiers / controls

Each driver has its own dedicated amplifier. A 50W A/B amp is responsible for the X-ART tweeter, while the bass-/midwoofers are driven by a 100W PWM amp each. The front panel includes a power switch and a control for the volume that retains the volume setting independently from the on/off switch.

The rear panel features several additional controls: a gain for the high frequencies (± 4dB) and two shelf filters for high and low frequencies.
To ensure greater compatibility, there are both XLR (balanced) and RCA (unbalanced) connectors.

Review samples:

“… a refreshing change“
"… if you liked the A7X youʼll like the A77X even more, and if the companyʼs smaller near-fields werenʼt your cup of tea, the A77X are definitely worth another listen. They are not much bigger than a two-driver cabinet design, so should slip into any installation where a near-field speaker will fit, but the extra low/ mid frequency drivers mean that the bass is more naturally extended and the mid-range clearer and more detailed. I like the A77X a lot and they make a refreshing change from the usual mid-priced near-field speakers." AUDIO MEDIA magazine / February 2012

“… wide and spacious soundstage with solid left/right imaging“
"… they are fun and easy to work with, covering all the essential functions required of high-end monitors with aplomb." MusicTech magazine / April 2012

The CMS 50 is the most compact monitoring loudspeaker of all the Focal Professional range. Its design permits listening from 50cm away, while still keeping the possibility of the monitors at a great distance from one another without damaging the soundstage. The 5” mid-woofer reaches down to 55Hz, while offering a controlled bass and a totally linear midrange. The midrange register of the CMS 50 has unequalled neutrality in its price range. The Al-Mg inverted dome tweeter offers outstanding dynamics and a degree of definition in the treble that allow precise measurement of reverb and other effects which are normally very difficult to assess.

The Solo6 Be monitor will surprise you in the very first minutes you spend with it, partly due to its size/extended bass response (40Hz at -3dB). The 6.5" "W” composite sandwich mid-woofer combines neutrality in the midrange, fullness in the midbass register and bass control. Its compactness and the choice of a large front laminar port guarantee easy integration in studios that need a near field monitor without any acoustic compromise. The user settings on the back of the Solo6 Be, combined with its compactness, make it easy to carry and to adjust according to the acoustics of each studio.
