The dB1500a is a self-powered subwoofer featuring a heavy-duty 15" low frequency driver with butyl surround, complemented by a 1000 Watt power amplifier. The dB1500a provides an active stereo crossover with high-passed output for running your satellite speakers. Constructed of solid 3/4 inch plywood, with steel corners, tough carpet covering and large casters. The sub-woofer features large metal grab handles and a 35mm pole mount receptacle. In fixed installation systems, the dB1500a provides super tight low frequency output in a relatively small, unobtrusive enclosure. Perfect for any sound reinforcement system where low-end is desired.

Wharfedale's titan sub a15 is a powerful active subwoofer system designed to produce high quality audio in any performance application. Optimised to complement the ultra portable titan series pa speakers, the sub a15 combines the newest technologies, materials and design to ensure absolute accuracy and high output of pure bass frequencies. The powerful 15" woofer is mounted on a 3" voice coil with integral signal processing, a dynamic automatic gain control circuit, stereo crossover and signal limiting all modelled round a built-n 400 watt (rms) amplifier, for an all-in-one bass enhancement system. A phase switch is included to allow for proper subwoofer signal polarity to be selected and with convenient and versatile connections, the sub a15 can easily be integrated into any set-up. A pair of balanced xlr output connections, with switchable "high-pass" mode are available for the stereo line level outputs, and they may also be used to send a high-pass, line-level stereo signal to a pair of powered, full-range speakers such as the popular wharfedale pro titan active models. The sheer functionality of the sub a15 means it can be utilised in any mobile dj or pa set-up, indoors or outdoors and even in fixed installations for clubs, bars, theatres or houses of worship.
