The SRX725 is an excellent choice when the application calls for high performance and simplicity. A pair of SRX725s and a single, high-power amplifier is a complete sound system capable of reinforcing bass and kick drum or playing high-level music in clubs and other venues. The SRX725 is comprised of two 380 mm (15 in) 2265H patented* Differential Drive? woofers with combined power handling of 1200 watts (continuous). For the high frequencies, the legendary 2451H 102 mm (4 in) voice-coil, neodymium compression driver is mounted to a 75° by 50° aluminum horn. The 75° coverage angle of the SRX725 is wide enough to provide coverage of an audience when used one-per-side yet narrow enough to allow splaying of multiple enclosures without excessive coverage overlap.
Bi-amp or full-range passive operation may be selected by means of a recessed, high-current switch mounted on the input plate. For applications requiring suspension, a flying version, the SRX725F is available. The F version offers the option of selecting economical, forged eyebolts (not included) for fixed installation or the convenience of detachable track fittings (not included) for portable applications.
The enclosure is constructed of top quality birch plywood and coated in JBL?s rugged DuraFlex? finish. The attractive CNC-machined, 16-gauge steel grille wraps around the sides of the enclosure so there are no protruding lips on the front of the box to create acoustical interference. The grilles are internally lined with acoustically transparent foam to provide additional driver protection and give a very professional appearance.

The QRx153/75 is a biamped three-way full-range loudspeaker system capable of filling performance spaces with beautifully balanced audio and high acoustic output capability.
The QRx153 is designed to be bi-amplified at 500 Hz utilizing a DX38 digital controller, or a P1202 power amplifier with M153 control module. All QRx models use 13 ply plywood, Futura coating, and steel grilles for wear and weather resistance. The QRx153 is trapezoidal with 15° side angles. "L” track rigging is installed on the enclosure top and bottom. Small arrays can be flown for live work, or the system can be suspended horizontally or vertically for fixed installations.
Thanks to its combination of the DL15ST woofer and large enclosure volume; the horn-loaded 8-inch midrange driver and powerful 3-inch compression driver, the EV QRx153/75 has extended response for high-level, high fidelity applications without the need of a subwoofer. The horn-loaded midrange driver provides excellent pattern control in this critical response area. Both MF and HF horns are aimed downward 10° to provide optimal aiming when the speaker is elevated above the audience. This also helps control sound to provide greater intelligibility.
The QRx153/75 has an excellent combination of performance and flexibility for demanding audiences. |

Club Series V
Gigging bands, mobile DJs and houses of worship have helped make the first four generations of Yamaha Club Series Speakers incredibly popular. The refinements of generation V continue this success story: larger enclosures for improved low-frequency performance, improved drivers for higher power handling, redesigned crossovers, stronger grilles, and dual Speakon® and ¼" connectors. Once again, with professional features, excellent sonic performance and great value, Club Series loudspeakers deliver premium quality night after night.
Yamaha has a long history of both making and reproducing music. The Club series V loudspeakers represent the latest in our continuing effort to provide the professional features and sound quality you've come to expect and deserve.
Built in the United States, these loudspeakers are designed to provide years of service. high power handling and excellent response have made Club Series loudspeakers the perfect choice for more than 16 years. Whether playing in a band, DJing, orupgrading the sound system at your church or school, with an expanded lineup of over twenty models to choose from, you're sure to find the right loudspeaker. Have a look at what goes into their construction -- Cabinets are constructed of high quality particleboard, chosen for its high strength and elasticity, consistent void free makeup and light weight. Another great benefit of this material is its environmental friendliness. Made from southern yellow pine, this material is both abundant and quickly renewable. Accurate CNC routing machines are used to cut every part, assuring consistency with tolerances of one ten thousandth of an inch. Skilled technicians assemble each cabinet by hand, rejecting any defects. Whether covered in durable carpet or the elastomeric spray coating, heavy steel handles and sturdy pole sockets make moving and positioning easy.
The drivers, or speakers in these cabinets, are custom made my Eminence Speaker Corporation® to Yamaha's exacting tolerances. Woofers share design features like high strength curvilinear cones and Dupont KaptonTM voice coil formers. Oxygen-free copper voice coils and oversize strontium ferrite magnets are also used to provide high power handling and long life. The 15" and 18" drivers use cast aluminum frames to support the massive magnet structure, eliminate flex and help dissipate heat. The compression driver that generates the high frequency sound uses a pure titanium diaphragm. This 2" dome is one of the largest in its class, allowing for very high output and low distortion, without the aid of cooling fluids. It's mated to a 90° x 40° custom designed CD (constant directivity) horn with excellent dispersion and response.
Crossover networks that divide the signal going to the woofer and compression driver are constructed with oversized coils, high voltage capacitors, and power resistors designed to provide the best possible sound quality and minimize loss. Overload protection is also included to protect the components.
Connections on these loudspeakers are dual Neutrik Speakon® ¼ jacks for the highest possible strength and current capacity. Two of each connector makes it easy to "daisy chain," or add speakers.
Club V loudspeakers with the C prefix are coated with a heavy-duty elastomeric spray coating. Designed as an installation alternative to the carpeted S versions, they can easily fit any decor. The finish is very tough, and readily paintable to match surroundings. The steel grilles are foam-lined with acoustically transparent material to provide a more subdued appearance.
