LD Systems zone 423 2-Zone-Mixer
The ZONE 423 is a full featured zone mixer with 4 line and 2 microphone channels, that can be assigned to a master and a zone output, as well as inputs for an external emergency announcement system and remote-controlled switching mute. Through versatile connectivity, the compact 2U rack device is the perfect control centre for PA systems in food outlets, clubs, hotels, fitness centres, and is also excellent for presentations and DJs.
In addition to the two balanced microphone inputs with variable Gain and Talkover level,12V-phantom power, and a shared 3-Band-EQ, the ZONE 423 offers Line, Phono-, and Aux-stereo connections in RCA format, a FOH-input with balanced stereo jack plugs as well as a USB and 3.5mm mini jack. The USB-port is used as a stereo input and output and allows the mixer to be used as an external audio interface. The four input channels have individual gain controls with signal and peak value display, 45 mm faders for adjusting the volume and cue buttons.
The master and zone sections each have their own EQ, balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA outputs: the master output via terminal block connectors and the zone output using a mono sum switch, and 100 Hz high-pass filter. The stereo level indication can be set to master or zone, and the maximum output level can be preset for both on the back of the mixer. In addition to an adjustable headphone connection for pre-listening, the ZONE 423 also has a recording output.

| Rane Commercial SM26S Six-Channel Rackmountable Splitter/Mixer
Rane Commercial SM 26S Overview
The Rane SM26S is a unique, dual purpose mixer capable of mixing audio signals and distributing audio via any of the 6 outputs. There are 6 balanced mono inputs and outputs complete with gain and pan control. Pan controls place the channel's signal into the stereo field. As a splitter, the Pan controls assign which output channels distribute incoming signal. There is a separate Left and Right stereo input for incoming signals when using the SM26S as a splitter mixer. Also featured are stereo (Left/Right)"Expand" Output for cascading multiple SM26S. There is no maximum limit as to how many SM26S can be linked.
The Rane SM26S is capable of mixing and distributing signals out of 6 mono outputs. There are 6 mono inputs and 6 mono outputs, 2 sets of stereo (L/R) outputs and a set of stereo (L/R) inputs. Both a mixer and audio distributer, the Rane SM26S is flexible and versatile enough for any sound reinforcement application.
The SM26S features balanced 1/4" TRS phone inputs and outputs for maximum gain and lower noise floor.
PAN pots are featured on channels 1-6 and control stereo placement of audio when the SM26S mono inputs are in use. As a splitter, the PAN control may be used to assign which outputs distribute the incoming stereo signal.
The external power supply is effective in reducing noise created by "dirty" AC power and bad grounds.

The ZONE 624 is a fully-equipped zone mixer with 6 line and 2 microphone channels, that can be assigned to a stereo or a mono master output. The compact 3U rack device also has inputs for an external emergency announcement system and remote-controlled switching mute. Due to its extensive connectivity the ZONE 624 is the extremely flexible control centre solution for PA systems in food outlets, clubs, hotels, fitness centres, and many other areas.
The two balanced microphone inputs have a shared 3-band EQ, 12V phantom power and Talkover functions; the Talkover attenuation can be individually set for all zone outputs on the back of the unit. The 6 stereo input channels of the ZONE 624 are equipped with gain control, signal and peak LEDs, 45 mm faders, Cue buttons and RCA connections; channel 6, in addition with balanced TRS inputs for FOH signals. The device also has a switchable Aux input via 3.5mm mini jack and a USB port, that is used as a stereo input and output (recording out) and turns the ZONE 624 into an external audio interface.
The master section outputs are electronically balanced and use XLR connectors and terminal block connectors. The stereo zone also has unbalanced RCA connectors. The maximum output level for all of the zones can be individually set. The three mono outputs of the ZONE 624 each have a 2-band EQ, a selectable 100 Hz high pass filter, and a MIC mute switch with a level indicator; the inputs 1-6 or the stereo master signal can be selected as a source. The stereo output is equipped with a 3-band EQ, a control for the Talkover sensitivity and two LED chain level meters. Furthermore, the ZONE 624 has a recording output and a controllable PFL headphone jack for previewing.

The MZ-372 allows multiple audio sources (19 total) to be mixed, muted, and routed to 2 redundant outputs, controlled by familiar volume sliders and assignment buttons. Input signals can be inserted via 6 audio channels, each consisting of 2 sets of unbalanced RCA stereo pairs, and 6 XLR inputs for a total of 12 sets of RCA inputs and 6 XLR inputs. In addition, channels 2/3/4 can be set to accommodate phono-level signals for use with a turntable. Lastly, and located conveniently on the front panel, one additional XLR input is available driving a studio quality mic preamp and ducking circuit for easy voiceover and announcement work.
Multiple Zone Outputs
Twin outputs each feature a combination of balanced XLR or RCA unbalanced connectors for easy integration into virtually any audio system. This flexibility allows combinations of microphones, CD/DVD/Blu-ray players, instruments - or any other audio source - to be selected or muted, and sent simultaneously to the dual outputs, each with it’s own volume control. Finally, the convenient "Talkover” function will automatically lower any mixed channel source so the microphone connected to the front panel can easily be can be heard in whichever zones you choose.
Easy, Immediate Control
Familiar volume sliders, switches/buttons, EQ knobs, and mute buttons make the MZ-372 simple and fast to operate and set up. There is even a master recording stereo output, which can send audio to an external recorder which makes event or music performance capturing easy. The Booth outputs provide another stereo feed with independent control for additional monitoring.
