ACOUSTILYZER
The Acoustilyzer AL1 functionality complements and expands the ML1
Minilyzer with a new and comprehensive set of acoustical measurement
functions.
The optimized combination of electrical and acoustical features creates
the perfect all in one tool for sound/systems contractors, installers and
multi-media specialists. The Acoustilyzer AL1 is available as a palm-sized
portable acoustical analyzer or as firmware for Minilyzer owners with optional
available STI-PA measurement functionality.
Required Accessories:
The AL1 requires a measurement microphone for acquiring acoustical signals.
NTI offers the following microphones:
- MiniSPL, class 2 acc. IEC 61672
- M2010, class 1 frequency response (ext. phantom power supply required)

| Tests XLR, 1/4 in., 1/8 in., TT, RCA and MIDI connectors.
The intelligent, CPU-controlled CT100 accepts virtually any connector type:
XLR, mono and TRS phone (1/4 in., 1/8 in., TT), RCA and MIDI. It shows
which input pin is connected to which output pin. Separate LEDs indicate
proper shield connection and phantom power presence. The CT100 also
offers an installed cable test mode and a continuity check plus a test tone
generator.
Features
3 modes: cable test mode, installed cable test mode, and test tone mode
Accepts XLR, mono and stereo TRS phone (1/4 in., 1/8 in., TT),
RCA and MIDI Connectors
Continuity check
Intermittent detect
Phantom power detect
Grounded shield detect
Test tone generation (1 kHz and 440 Hz)
Battery operation (requires 2 AA alkaline batteries) | With the PAN05, two microphone signals can be mixed down to one. Since decoupling occurs via the balanced resistor network, the PAN05 also lets phantom power "pass through“, useful for condenser microphones. However, due to the difference in sound and signal level, mixing dynamic and condenser mics should be avoided. Best results will be achieved using two identical mics.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Input: 2 x XLR/f balanced
- Nominal impedance: 200 Ω
- Output 1 x XLR/m balanced
- Load impedance >200 Ω
- Symmetrically decoupled through resistors
- Total ohmic value: 200 ohms
- Typical attenuation: 6 dB
- Housing: metal casing 110 x 73 x 42 mm

Cable Tester ACT-100
The Alphaton active remote cable tester can be used for testing either normal short cables or long ones, especially mufticores, wkh connectors not being accessible at one time. The tester is especially suded for fixed installations where cables can not be tested with a standard type cable tester or Ohm meter. Either symmetric and unsymmetric cables can be tested. “Cold" solderings and junction resistances are displayed by color or luminosity changes in three color LED Display. The imprinted fault table incorporates alt important fault conditions, indeed not all possible ones due to their reiatively large number. In case the display is in a state which cannot be found on the imprinted table, it can be looked up in the user's manual. In any case, however, the cabie is in aquite unusable state and should be repaired or replaced. The Alphaton cable tester has a SEND and a REMOTE section. The REMOTE sectionconsistsof two recessed mounted XLR type male or female connector and a stereo phone jack at the right hand side of the tester. Additionally, a separate REMOTE plug is delivered togetherwith the active remote cable tester for testing long cables in fixed installations.
