DESCRIPTION
The Fireface UCX II is a highly integrated pro audio solution in an ultra-compact format for studio and live recordings. It continues RME’s long tradition of designing compact advanced interfaces, packing into a half-rack size unit what usually would be spread out over two or three 19 inch panels.

The most powerful & portable RME Audio USB Interface :
This unique audio system is capable of transferring analog and digital audio data directly to Windows and Mac computers. The latest Plug and Play technology guarantees a simple installation, even for the inexperienced user.

Compact, portable, and packed with features from their premier interfaces, the RME Fireface UCX II is a desktop 20×20 USB audio/MIDI interface that effectively serves as a mobile version of RME’s respected UFX rackmount models, earning it the flexibility to benefit musicians, content creators, and serious engineers alike. Not only is it a capable interface with plenty of analog and digital I/O for your DAW-based productions, but it also supports powerful remote control options and standalone operation to accommodate a myriad of workflows and recording scenarios. Additionally, it can record all I/O channels directly to USB flash storage thanks to the internal DURec digital recorder.

Since it has eight analog inputs—two high-gain mic/line preamps, two line / Hi-Z inputs, and four rear-panel line inputs, the Fireface UCX II can easily handle dynamic and condenser mics, electric instruments, and professional line-level devices. With six balanced TRS line outputs and a stereo headphone jack, it has no problem feeding monitors, cans, and even CV/gate inputs on synth gear. Reference-class clocking and compliance with resolutions up to 24-bit / 192 kHz enable the interface to perform at its best, and a crisp color display shows metering for all inputs and outputs at the same time.

  • Hybrid FireWire/USB2 connectivity — connect to your computer via either bus-powered FireWire or hi-speed USB2.
  • CueMix FX™ — flexible 10 input/14 bus mixer with on-board DSP effects, including reverb with sends/returns, plus EQ and compression on every input and output.
  • 10 inputs / 14 outputs — there's no channel sharing in the UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid; the mic inputs, S/PDIF I/O, headphone out and main outs are all handled as separate channels.
  • Classic Reverb™ — provides five different room types, three frequency shelves with adjustable crossover points, shelf filtering and reverb lengths up to 60 seconds.
  • Two forms of compression — a standard compressor with conventional threshold/ratio/attack/release/gain controls and the Leveler™, an accurate model of the legendary LA-2A optical compressor, which provides vintage, musical automatic gain control.
  • Modeled EQ — provides 7-band parametric EQ modeled after British analog console EQs, featuring 4 filter styles (gain/Q profiles) to effectively cover a wide range of audio material. LP and HP filters are also supplied with slopes that range from 6 to 36 dB.
  • CueMix FX cross-platform mixing software — attractive graphic mixing, graphic editing of parametric EQ and a convenient tabbed interface for quick access to all features in one window. Also provides full-screen real-time FFT display, spectrogram "waterfall" display, oscilloscope, X-Y plot and linear or polar phase analysis.
  • Front-panel control — access any setting in your entire UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid mix directly from the front panel.
  • “Reverb return" stream — allows users to record or mix UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid reverb output separately in their DAW. Effects can also be applied when the UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid is operating stand-alone (without a computer) as a complete stand-alone mixer.
  • Stand-alone operation — program your mixes at the studio and then bring the UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid to your gig — no computer needed. Just plug in the included power adapter and you are ready to go. Need to tweak the mix? Do it on site using the back-lit LCD and front-panel controls.
  • Multiple CueMix FX mixes — for example, create different monitor mixes for the main outs and headphones. Or add send/return loops for outboard gear — with no latency.
  • Two combo jacks provide hi-Z 1/4” guitar input or low-Z XLR mic input with phantom power, pad and plenty of gain.
  • Eight 24-bit 192kHz analog inputs and outputs on balanced/unbalanced 1/4" TRS jacks
  • Precision Digital Trim™ — Digitally controlled analog trim on all analog inputs (mic/guitar inputs + quarter-inch TRS inputs) provides accurate adjustements in 1 dB increments. Fine-tune the balance of your analog inputs and then save/recall trim configurations.
  • Direct Digital Synthesis™ (DDS) — a DSP-driven phase lock engine and internal clock source that produces imperceptibly low jitter characteristics (below the noise floor), even when the UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid is resolved to an external clock source via SMPTE time code.
  • Time code support — directly resolves to (or generates) time code via any quarter-inch input or output, without the need for an extra synchronizer.
  • Sample-accurate MIDI — connect a MIDI controller and/or sound module with no separate interface needed. MIDI I/O is sample-accurate with supporting software.
  • Expandable — add additional interfaces for more I/O as your needs grow.
  • Separate TRS main outs with front panel volume control.
  • Stereo 24-bit 96kHz S/PDIF in/out.
  • Includes drivers for Mac & PC, including ASIO, WDM, Wave, Core Audio, and Core MIDI. Supports all popular Mac and Windows audio software.
  • 100% compatible with all host-based effects processing in today's popular audio programs.
  • Includes AudioDesk full-featured sample-accurate workstation software for the Mac with recording, editing, mixing, real-time 32-bit effects processing & sample-accurate sync.
  • Plug-and-play operation with your Mac or PC via FireWire or USB2.
  • Front panel volume control for monitoring. Stereo, Quad, 6.1, 7.1 and user-defined surround monitoring setups available.
  • Front panel headphone jack with volume control.
  • Bus-powered FireWire operation. No need for external power when operating as a FireWire interface connected to a computer. A power supply is included for stand-alone operation.
  • Chassis dimensions, excluding rack ears and front and back panel knobs and connectors: 9.5 x 7 x 1.75 inches (24.13 x 17.78 x 4.45 cm). Knobs and connectors extend up to 0.5 inch (1.27 cm) from front and back panels, adding 1 inch (2.54 cm) to depth. With rack ears attached, fits one half of a standard 19 inch (48.26 cm) rack at 1U high.

The Smallest, Most Portable 2x2 USB Interface Around!Are you looking for a simple upgrade to your computer's stock audio hardware? Do you want to record high-quality stereo audio to your laptop? Are you searching for the most affordable audio interface for computer DJ applications? The Behringer UCA222 USB Audio Interface does all this and more in one of the smallest, simplest, and lowest-priced packages around. It's a quick, simple, reliable solution for a wide range of audio applications. High-Quality, Industry Standard ConnectionsLook at your computer's audio output. What is it? A 1/8-inch mini stereo jack, most likely. That's fine for plugging in headphones, but a terrible way to connect to external sound systems, stereos, PAs, mixing boards, or any other audio hardware. The UCA222 easily connects to your outboard pro audio gear, and you even get an optical S/PDIF digital output for connecting to high-end digital equipment. Now, take a look at your computer's input. If it has one at all, it's most likely the same deal -- 1/8-inch mini-jack. Again, the Behringer UCA222 provides universally recognized RCA inputs for bringing a wide variety of audio sources and equipment into your computer for pristine recording. You also get a dedicated headphone output for direct monitoring of both the ins and the outs on the UCA222. Greatly Improved AudioYou computer's built-in audio system has a number of limitations, especially if your computer is a laptop. Machine noise and other electrical interference can disrupt, distort, or otherwise ruin recording and critical listening and playback situations. The Behringer UCA222 solves this problem by placing your sound card at the end of a USB cable run far from your machine's noisy electrical components. It seems like a such a simple solution, but this arrangement greatly reduces interference and provides a wonderfully low noise-floor for recording and professional playback. The UCA202 provides analog-to-digital audio conversion at 48 kHz or 44.1 kHz sampling rates and 16-bit resolution. Super Simple Setup As a USB device, the UCA222 is the textbook example of a Plug-N-Play device. Compatible with both Windows and Mac systems, the UCA222 requires no additional software drivers to work. Relying on your operating system's sound architecture, the UCA222 is instantly compatible with just about every audio software on the market, from multitrack DAWs like Logic and Cubase to audio editing programs like BIAS to DJ software like Itch. Spend time making music, not troubleshooting your hardware. The applications for the Behringer UCA222 USB Audio Interface are practically limitless. Whether you're an electronic music producer, latptop DJ, mix engineer, audio archivist, or just a lover of music, the Behringer UCA222 is just about the easiest way to add a professional audio interface to your computer.

The UA-1G is a compact 1 x 1 USB Audio Interface that offers excellent-quality sound via multiple connection options and a simple, user-friendly design.

The SONAR REAC Recording System when used in conjunction with the RSS V-Mixing System or RSS Digital Snakes provides the most comprehensive live recording, mixing, mastering and delivery product available. This is the next phase in product development of the REAC driver, which Cakewalk engineered for Roland as a way for users to record from their Digital Snake/V-Mixer System directly into SONAR. The SONAR REAC Recording System includes:

* SONAR 8 Producer
* REAC Driver Kit
* Cakewalk Approved Hardware Monitoring Device
* SONAR Templates
* Users Guides

The REAC protocol provides up to 40 channels of audio to be sent via a single CAT5e Ethernet or fiber optic cable. The REAC driver, developed by Cakewalk, allows the REAC output from the RSS V-Mixer or RSS Digital Snake to connect directly into a PC using a single Ethernet cable.

Yamaha GO46 FireWire Interface

The GO46 FireWire interface from Yamaha provides a means to stream
high-quality 24-bit/192kHz digital audio and MIDI into a computer. Connect
it to a laptop, and you've got a rugged and portable interface that can go
anywhere you go, hence the name "GO46." This box is the ideal interface
for great-sounding audio on the "GO."

Yamaha GO46 FireWire Audio/MIDI Interface At a Glance
Premium Mic Pres and Inputs
FireWire Connectivity
Flexible Connectivity Including S/PDIF, Insert Points, and MIDI

Premium Mic Pres and Inputs
The GO46 features combo mic/line terminals (for both XLR and phone jack)
 on the front panel. Phantom power is also available and independently
switchable for each input channel. In other words, you can use a condenser
microphone on channel 1 with phantom power switched on to capture the
delicate sounds of a vocal while simultaneously recording an electric/acoustic
guitar plugged into channel 2. These combo inputs are captured at up to 24-bit/
192kHz resolution. This pro-level quality makes the GO46 perfect for any type
of recording, and allows you to capture the full details and nuances of the
original source - from the breathiness of a vocal to the delicate finger slides of
an acoustic guitar performance.

FireWire Connectivity
The FireWire equipped GO46 not only offers the convenience of one plug
connection to a computer, but the GO46 can be powered via bus power
from the FireWire port. Connect the GO46 to the FireWire terminal of a
laptop and you've got and extremely powerful and portable recording studio
that will fit in a backpack. This is also great for using the GO46 in places
where electrical outlets can be scarce, like local clubs.

Flexible Connectivity Including S/PDIF, Insert Points, and MIDI
In order to maximize the flexibility of the GO46, Yamaha included virtually
any kind of connection you might need on location recording gigs. Two
insert points allow for connection to outboard gear like compressors or EQs.
MIDI in/out allows for connection of MIDI sound modules or instruments.
S/PDIF jacks are great for inputting digital signal from another interface or
throughputting the GO46 signal to a digital mixer, separate digital recorder,
or any other digital device.
