The LD Systems WS1G8 is an advanced 192 channel true diversity UHF wireless microphone system delivering natural sound with a wide dynamic range, high S/N ratio and low THD in the frequency range from 1785-1800 MHz. The WS1G8 series allows the use of up to 6 systems simultaneously and is shipped in various configurations. You can choose between dynamic or condenser handheld microphones, a beltpack transmitter with either a headset, lavaliere-microphone, clip-on wind instrument microphone or guitar adaptor cable. It provides consistent audio transmission from 60 Hz to 16 kHz. Handheld and belt pack feature convenient LCD indication of channel, group and battery status. Automatic channel scanning (ASC) and the backlit multifunction receiver display facilitate system setup and operation. The operating time ranges up to 13 hours with high quality AA batteries. The WMS420 wireless microphone system provides a highly flexible as well as easy to use solution. The ultra high frequency system is set up within seconds and is equally suitable on stage as well as in locations where a single- or multi channel solution is needed.
The entire WMS420 wireless system consists of the SR420 stationary receiver, HT420 handheld transmitter and the PT420 pocket transmitter. The HT420 handheld transmitter is available with the patented D5 dynamic microphone acoustic. This capsule guarantees maximum rejection against feedback, reduced handling noise and the famous AKG sound. Both transmitters are shipped with charging contacts that enable the use of rechargeable batteries. Moreover the transmitters offer exceptional eight hours of operation time from a single AA size battery, which dramatically reduces the operating costs in day-to-day use.
The detachable receiver antennas allow the use of professional accessories, such as antenna splitters and remote mounted directional antennas for multi channel systems. The WMS420 series includes three different bodypack sets. The head-worn set includes the high performance C555L condenser microphone. The presenter set includes the professional C417L lavalier microphone. The guitar set includes an instrument cable. With the AKG WMS420 system up to eight channels can be run simultaneously.

With LDs' WS100-X it is simple to use at least 8 systems simultaneously without interferences. All systems transmit in the frequency range of 838 - 865 MHz. According to the order 91/2005 of the German federal network agency, these frequencies have been approved for professional uses �" without additional charges or a registration in Germany. Otherwise the systems are identical to the common WS100 systems working at a frequency range of 790,850 MHz - 813,800 MHz. For the use of more than 4 systems we always recommend our WS100AD antenna splitter and our WS100DA directional antennas.
