Product Description
An omnidirectional measurement microphone with individual calibration profile. Every
microphone has been measured by Sonarworks acousticians against an ANSI certified
measurement microphone. This means perfect accuracy within the audible range and
freedom from sample-to-sample irregularities.
Every user can download a 21-day trial for SoundID Reference for Speakers &
Headphones. Enjoy unlimited functionality and finally hear how your speakers really
sound!

The D 40 with its solid all-metal body will stand up to the hardships of night-after-night onstage use "with a smile“.
The Varimotion diaphragm deep-drawing process allows the diaphragm itself to be fine-tuned with no need for tuning resonators, leading to a quantum leap in audio performance.
The transducer is protected by a sturdy wire-mesh cap and takes extremely high sound pressure levels with ease.
An integrated stand adapter and standard H 440 mounting bracket for snare drums, tom-toms, etc. make the D 40 a highly versatile tool for use on drums, percussions, wind instruments, and guitar amps.

| Optimized for low-frequency bass punch/high-power SPL handling. Designed for kick drum.
The Shure BETA®52A is a high output dynamic microphone with a tailored frequency response designed specifically for kick drums and other bass instruments. It provides superb attack and "punch“, and delivers studio quality sound even at extremely high sound pressure levels.
The Beta 52A features a modified supercardioid pattern throughout its frequency range to insure high gain-before-feedback and excellent rejection of unwanted sound. A built in dynamic locking stand adapter with an integral XLR connector simplifies installation, particularly if the microphone is to be placed inside a kick drum. The stand adapter keeps the microphone position fixed and resists slipping, even when subjected to sharp blows and strong vibrations. A hardened steel mesh grille protects the Beta 52A from the abuse and wear associated with touring.
