The UREI 1605 Installation Music Mixers provide a fully-featured control centre for Clubs and

Customize the 1605 to your DJ booth
The 1605 offers many user friendly features for the club installer/sound engineer - most notably;
a rotatable rear connector for table top or rack mount installation, input and output gain controls
to configure the mixer to your set up, flexible connectivity for a range of inputs, external mute
function AND Soundcraft professional input /output connectivity for unrivaled sound quality.
The 1605 also offers the Dj many pro features making life as a club dj that bit easier - most notably;
the huge range of input possibilities (including convenient top panel aux in connectors), fx send and
return, super smooth 3 band isolator EQ, ultra clear LED level monitoring, flexible and unique monitoring
features within both the booth controls and the headphone monitoring AND of course the famous
Urei sound.

CHANNEL INPUTS
Mic inputs are on balanced XLR connectors, while RIAA and Line inputs are provided on
unbalanced RCA phono connectors. A ?" TRS Insert jack is provided in the Mic path of
Channel 1 to allow connection of external processing.
BOOTH OUTPUT
The Booth output is provided on both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA phono connectors,
and is controlled by the master Booth level control. A 'Mic Defeat' switch mutes the signal
from the mic to the booth output to avoid feedback.
MASTER OUTPUT
The Master output is provided on both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA phono connectors,
and is controlled by the Master level control. A separate ?" jack feeds a balanced mono sum
of the master output signal.
Aux/FX LOOP
The send-and-return Aux/FX loop is supplied on unbalanced RCA phono connectors, and works
in conjunction with the top panel Aux/FX level and routing controls.
PHONES SECTION
The front panel illuminated headphone output is supplied on both 1/4" jack and 3.5mm mini-jack
connectors for total flexibility.
EXTERNAL MUTE FUNCTION
This contact port will mute all music channels except Mic input 1, to allow PA announcements.
Useful for fire alarm systems.
POWER SUPPLY
The high quality internal PSU is fed via an IEC mains inlet, allowing a detachable mains cable to
be used. A cable retaining clip provides total cable security. Universal power supply 100V - 240V AC.

Massive FX Library
Boasting a massive FX library of more than 50 FX presets divided into 5 FX types: Delays/loopers, Reverbs, Resonators, Modulators and Damage, Xone:DB2 allows you to dig deep and get hands-on with your music. From subtle FX washes to total transformation of your sound - you're in control.
FX Cascade
The two FX engines can be cascaded, or chained, to run the output of FX-X to the input of the FX-Y, allowing the audio to be processed by any combination of two different effects. Additionally any channel routed to FX-X can be processed by both engines, but the single effect on the FX-Y engine can still be accessed by routing the channel to Y.
Editable FX Parameters
Each FX engine has a dedicated expression control and a rotary pot to set the wet/dry level, whilst further tweaking can be performed using the global controllers under the screen.
Input Matrix
Each of DB2's four input channels has a full input matrix that can select from four analogue (Line or RIAA), four USB, or two digital sources, allowing for a wide variety of audio sources to be connected simultaneously. The same source can also be selected on multiple channels.
Trimodal EQ
Xone:DB2 adopts the fresh approach to creative equalisation introduced on DB4. The EQs can be used in three different modes - standard asymmetric EQ (+6/-26dB), total Kill (+6dB/OFF with a 24dB/octave slope), or High-Pass/Low-Pass filter with adjustable resonance.
Mic/Line Input
With 2 band EQ, gain, cue and mix level and with full access to FX.
High Visibility OLED Display
The OLED display is clearly visible, even in bright sunlight, and displays channel FX selection and current BPM, as well as being an easy interface for the Menu setup functions.
Lightweight chassis
DB2's lightweight aluminium chassis is designed to make touring with the console easy.
Integral soundcard
The built-in, multi-channel USB2 soundcard allows replay and recording from computer-based audio software for 4 stereo sends and 4 stereo returns.
MIDI control
All controls (except Mic and Phones level) send MIDI data. The mixer can double up as a MIDI controller for DJ software via the MIDI shift button, which allows the FX selection controls to send MIDI data without changing the mixer settings. DB2 can generate internal MIDI clock which can be used to control the tempo of a connected DAW via USB and the ability to change the mixers MIDI channel.
X:LINK
X:LINK uses a standard RJ45 connector and distributes power and data, allowing connection to X:LINK compatible devices, saving USB ports on your computer.
Spatial Xover Useful output processing tool for dealing with poor room acoustics, less than ideal speaker placement, as a diagnostic tool for phase imbalance, or as an effect to change the bass sound focus.

Retro-fit Pro-X-Fade option kit for Xone:DB2. Pro-X-Fade uses 100% conductive plastic tracks and a wider stem for extended fader life. The Xone:DB4 is a truly ground-breaking mixer and by far the most advanced product that we have designed. Every feature has been meticulously researched with a view to offering DJs ultimate creativity.
Based on the iLive pro-touring FX system, we developed FX algorithms with BPM conscious parameters and tight spectral control, customised to perfectly fit the DJ environment. As the loops and FX are automatically synchronised to the tempo of the track, it is very easy to build some amazing grooves and soundscapes without problems of latency, low fidelity and the general hassle often associated with using software and laptops.
The flexible input matrix allows any audio source to be selected on any or all of the channels. Different processing can be applied to the same track on separate channels and you can fade between them, or a phrase sampled in the looper of one channel can be added to the mix later in the track. Our digital design team has done an incredible job to ensure that this is one of the most innovative and exciting DJ mix tools to date.
Quad FX Core
The heart of the Xone:DB4 is the powerful Quad FX Core DSP engine, enabling each channel to have its own FX bank and BPM detection system, which automatically adjusts all time-related FX and loops to the tempo of the music. There are 5 studio quality FX types optimised for DJ use – delays, reverbs, modulators, resonators and damage – plus each FX type has a patch library of different effect variations. Each FX bank has a dedicated expression control and a rotary pot to set the wet/dry level, whilst further tweaking can be performed using the global controllers in the FX master section.
