MAIN FEATURES
The Tannoy V8 is a premium quality installation cabinet based around a high power 200mm (8?) point source, constant directivity Dual Concentric? transducer.
The V8 incorporates the latest generation Dual Concentric driver design. The features include a reinforced paper cone with double rolled cambric surround for high sensitivity, dual magnet assembly and a Tulip WaveGuide? for the HF unit. The high frequency (HF) and low frequency (LF) sources are coincidentally aligned to a point source. The result is a smooth, uniform frequency response over a wide coverage area, unachievable with discrete, two-way designs in the vertical plane where massive cancellations appear off axis at the crossover frequency. The 90° conical dispersion of the Dual Concentric allows either vertical or horizontal mounting without compromising
sound quality.
Available in Black or White, the rugged multi-ply birch cabinet has an asymmetric profile that allows installations in a variety of configurations.
The V8 is designed to function properly without the use of any controller. A compatible controller will equalise the system resulting in improved bass performance, enhanced HF response as well as providing a 2-way crossover function (the Tannoy TX1 controller would cross over at 100Hz) for use with separate V Series bass systems.
The V8 comes complete with a carrying handle and 10mm flying points to provide a quick and secure flying system. Tannoy?s proprietary Secure-ET? modular mounting hardware provides the V Series with multiple hanging options ? wall mount, yoke, ceiling saddle, pole clamp, pole mount and eyebolts. The V8 can be installed in clusters of 2, 3 or 4 with Tannoy cluster bar hardware.

| Installation version with integrated surface mount bracket. The Electro-Voice® ZX1 is the new standard of no compromise audio performance and versatility for compact sound reinforcement. The high-tech enclosure uses injection-molded high-impact polypropylene to make the ZX1 extremely durable. The enclosure geometry has been engineered to provide maximum rigidity and acoustic performance. The velocity compensated port design overcomes the limitation of many small loudspeakers and enables exceptional low frequency response without vent noise.
The ZX1ʼs long excursion, high output 8" woofer with a weatherized treated cone delivers smooth low frequency performance with exceptional reliability. A sophisticated crossover network integrates it with the DH2005, a 1.25” voice coil titanium diaphragm true compression driver for maximum output with extended frequency response. Full-bandwidth overload protection is provided for reliable, long term operation without audible effect.
The horn features 90° x 50° coverage with the important added benefit of rotation, allowing the ZX1 to be oriented either horizontally or vertically for the ultimate in coverage flexibility. The ZX1ʼs molded polymer enclosure is inherently water resistant. The enclosure features an integrated pole mount, a pocket handle, and a wedge-angle design allowing for use as a stage monitor.
