Torq Control CD allows you to manipulate audio files in Torq using your favorite DJ CD player. Simply connect your player to a suitable audio interface, enable external control in Torq, and youʼll be able to cue and scratch your music just as if you were using the original CDs. Super-fast response allows for even the most intricate scratching techniques, and bi-directional positioning ensures that Torq precisely tracks the CD for easy beat-juggling. The absorption is caused by the elasticity and rolling effect of the air balls on the four corners. Linking those four balls via diagonal air tubes with a fifth ball in the centre causes the stabilization. Through the correct combination of flexibility (hardness of the balls), stability (hardness of the tubes) and positioning of the balls in relation to your turntable the Freefloat achieves optimum absorption of environmental shocks.
