Content | The name "SPX" has been synonymous with "professional multi-effect processor"
for more than 15 years, and the models like SPX90, SPX90II, SPX900, SPX1000
and SPX990 have been the most commonly found equipment in the studio and
SR racks.
Superb Sonic Quality with 24bit/96khz Standard Throughout
The heart of the SPX2000\'s hardware is its 96kHz audio DSP, with 32-bit internal
processing (58-bit accumulator) which offers abundant processing power for its
advanced effect algorithms.
Refined Preset Programs Including the Newly Developed "REV-X" Reverb Algorithm
There are 3 banks to the SPX2000\'s memory: "PRESET“, "CLASSIC" and "USER“.
The "PRESET" bank contains 97 programs. 17 programs are made with the newly
developed "REV-X" reverb algorithms. "REV-X" is a whole new generation of Yamaha
Reverb programs with the richest reverberation tone and smoothest decay. There are
"REV-X Hall“, "REV-X ROOM" and "REV-X PLATE" algorithms.
Reliable and Efficient Front Panel User Interface with Colors
The SPX2000\'s hardware cosmetics are designed to offer optimum reliability for the
engineers on site. The rugged aluminum front panel features 2 sets of "Cross-keys" -
simple navigation tool anyone is familiar with. Parameters are sorted in 3 groups;
"PARAMETER“, "FINE PARAM" and "UTILITY" to ensure speedy access. Also other
dedicated buttons like UNDO, COMPARE, BANK, MODE, METER, TAP, and BYPASS
ensure efficient operations.
The SPX2000\'s LCD offers 5 back light color variations(!). You can freely assign any of
the 5 colors to user programs. The preset programs are colored by effect groups giving
you an instant recognition of the effect type even from the distance. (CYAN: Reverbs,
WHITE: Delays, MAGENTA: Pitch & Modulations, YELLOW: Others, GREEN: CLASSIC
Bank) RED is reserved for warning messages.
SPX2000 "OPERATION LOCK" function offers 3 security levels; from preventing accidental
changing of Utility settings, or protecting stored memories to prohibiting almost all operations.
Professional Audio I/O and Control Connectors
Its rear panel houses, for analog connection, XLR type (w/latch) and quarter inch L + R Input
and Output connectors both with +4dBU/-10dBu selector switch. Professional digital connection
is secured with AES/EBU XLR type I/O connectors and BNC Wordclock In connector. Also MIDI
In, Out/Thru and USB TO HOST connectors are provided for remote control and data management
using computers, Digital Consoles or any MIDI device. Foot Switch connector for effect tempo
control is placed on the front panel.
"SPX2000 Editor" for Mac OSX and Windows
The SPX2000 Editor will give you the editing, data management, and remote control capability
using computers, in the same environment and common interface as the STUDIO MANAGER
for Yamaha Digital Consoles.

With 6 inputs and 4 outputs the dbx ZonePro? 640 and 641 provide flexible signal routing,
powerful DSP processing and multiple control interfaces for Commercial Audio applications.
Designed to offer superior system sonic performance and flexibility, the 640/641 deliver the
highest quality tools available. Even the input and outputs connectors were chosen for their
standard usage and reliability. The ZonePro products offer Euroblock connectors for balanced
signals and RCA connectors for interfacing with consumer equipment often used in commercial
applications; there is also a simple analog input buss that allows inputs to be sent from one
unit to the next for unit and job scalability. The 640 and 641 provide every necessary processing
tool, from the input processing like gain control and EQ available on all inputs to highly sophisticated
and specific functions such as selectable paging microphone processing including Gating,
De-Essing, Auto Gain Control, Compression and Feedback Suppression. The heart of the
ZonePro products is the Routing module that provides of course Primary Source Selection
but also Source Ducking for Paging and Priority Override. The outputs also offer a wealth of
processing designed for commercial applications like our patent-pending AutoWarmth? function
that was co-developed with JBL to provide natural low frequency extension at any signal level.
Each output also offers EQ, Bandpass and Crossover filters, Limiting and Delay for system
optimization. With the ZonePro? every tool is at your disposal to maximize the response of
your system.
Beyond processing, the ZonePro? products offer multiple forms of control to further extend the

The ARX EC-2 is a flexible yet affordable 24 dB per octave Phase Correct active crossovers. It has 2 modes of operation; as either Stereo 2 way or a Mono 3 way units, with a switch on the back panel selecting either mode.
Features Ultra low noise circuitry Totally phase aligned at crossover point Switchable Dual Channel 2 way or Single Channel 3 way Unique 'semi-fixed' crossover point 24dB per octave (Fourth Order) Linkwitz-Riley filters Separate Summed Mono Output Balanced Inputs and Outputs Built in High Pass filters Intuitive, 'user friendly' layout Flawless performance in any audio environment
Tamper-Proof Crossover Points The crossover points are determined internally by the value of 4 resistors per channel; changing the resistor value changes the crossover point. This 'semi fixed' method avoids the pitfalls of externally adjusted crossover points, making the crossover points tamper-proof once they are set. Idle fingers can't fiddle with the crossover points and create havoc with the system! As a handy guide, a list of common crossover points and their corresponding resistor values are printed inside the unit's lid, and also set out in the Owner's Manual. On the front panel are level controls for Low and High in dual channel 2 way mode, and Low, Mid and High in single channel 3 way mode, with corresponding Outputs on the rear panel.
Balanced Inputs and Outputs EC-2 has Balanced Inputs and Outputs, on XLR connectors. The EC-2 also has an additional summed Mono Low output, for applications that need a Mono Low feed (e.g. Left and Right full-range plus a single Sub Bass speaker). High Pass Filter There is also a preset 30 Hz HighPass filter to remove unwanted subsonics which can damage speakers and waste amplifier power. In addition, each output has up to +6 dB of gain available, to compensate for amplifiers and speakers of differing sensitivities. Universal AC Power AC power range is a universal 100 to 120V or 220 to 240VAC, and is connected to the unit via a standard IEC connector, with built-in fuse and voltage change switch. Uncompromising Audio Quality Innovative circuit design is pointless unless it delivers stunning sound quality, and here the EC-2 excels. It has been designed for uncompromising audio quality, and to achieve this, Linkwitz Riley 24dB (Fourth Order) state variable filters are used throughout, ensuring a smooth Phase Correct transition through the crossover region. From Stage Monitors to Studio Monitors, from Front of House to the Front room of your House, the ARX EC-2 is a crossover that is suited to any application that requires flawless, transparent sound. You'll never compromise on Quality when you choose ARX

The secret to making speakers sound great lies with the crossover you use. With the dbx® 234xs Crossover you'll get great performance, ultra low-noise, rugged reliability and four decades of dbx knowledge and expertise in building the world's finest processors. The 234xs uses precision filters to separate the audio signal and direct the correct frequencies to your loudspeaker drivers. By directing only the specific frequency bands to each speaker driver the 234xs leaves your amplifiers free to use their full power on the usable signal eliminating distortion and giving your PA system a cleaner and better sound.
The dbx 234xs is a dual channel crossover with all the features you would expect from a professional product. It features Linkwitz-Riley 24dB per octave filters, independent output gain controls for level matching, output phase inversion, 40 Hz low cut filter, and optional mono summing of the low frequency (subwoofer) output. Everything in the design exudes great precision from the solid "click" controls to the high quality XLR inputs and outputs.
